Not fair and considerate to charge me shipping costs to return an item that was damaged and unable to be consumed by the customer. I purchased a bag of beetroot POWDER and when I received it, it was all lumpy and grainy. I tried to crush it down and it became hard pebble rocks. If I drink that, it could be dangerous and get caught in my throat. Customer service ended up telling me I could return it but will have to pay for shipping costs. I should not have to pay shipping for damaged goods that was sent to me. The shipping will cost almost the same as what I paid for the product, so this means I am not getting my money back. I paid for POWDERED BEETROOTS and not GRAINY, ROCKS beetroots.

It's my fourth or fifth times order from Piping Rock. Their items always arrive spilled or leaked. Essential oil bottle sometime only 15ml. When I have sent pictures of the spill and call their Customer Service, they said I am too difficult. They do not like to have customers like this.

There are several online promo codes on reputable promo code websites, but none of the promo codes work. When you go on Amazon or eBay, this company advertises lower rates to attract customers to their website. When you go on Piping Rocks website, add the item to the shopping cart, then browse around for a little while, then go through checkout, and suddenly you will notice prices changed in the shopping cart. This company pulls various scams on their customers. Next, my friend was visiting me from abroad and tried to sign up to get a new customer discount. Because my friend used my mailing address, she could not get the new customer discount (after signing up, the discount vanished from the shopping cart). This website is full of corrupt practices. Be careful.

I have purchased from Piping Rock about four times and experienced a problem twice. The first time I took it in stride as everyone makes mistakes, but the next time it happened I reached out to customer service and got absolutely nowhere. All they did was give me a tracking number, which I didn’t need as I had already received my purchase and had a problem with what I ordered leaking out all in the shipping box. I will not make the mistake of purchasing from this company again.

I got a Royal Mail card through the post saying I owed £14 shipping before I could get my products, which only cost £20. This was never mentioned on their website. I will never use this company again.

Three months I have been waiting for my supplements. I have written to them several times and always asked "to be patient." This last time I was informed that as I had used DHL and the parcel has been lost there would be no refund "as per the policy" on their webpage. Scammers, very bad people, DO NOT USE. I placed an order of which they first denied I had placed until I sent them the order number and proof of payment. I was told was a computer glitch and my order was with UK customs, over three months later I've still not received anything. And they are refusing to do anything about it, blaming the courier, yet they told me the parcel was already in the country. I regularly have ordered from China and have never had an issue. I wish I had read reviews before placing an order with these scum, money wasted. These people are stealing for a living! BE WARNED.

I had ordered two Magnesium supplements.

Not receiving anything after three weeks, I contacted them. They gave me the excuse that the customs in Dubai returned the items back because the address was incomplete.

After that, I had to deal with their stubborn online chat to no avail. They decided that I will get my refund minus fees when the item reaches their warehouse, which is outrageous, and now after more than three months, nothing. No refund, no answer to emails...

Their chat is overseas, based somewhere in India, and is quite useless.

It is a worldwide scam and people are falling for it.

They should be shut down ASAP.
