Of course, it isn't a scam. We have been using Piping Rock here in little old Perth for two years. They are fast, reliable and ridiculously cheap compared to Australian suppliers (who probably buy from the same source anyway).

The goods turn up on time and as described. I feel a bit guilty using an overseas supplier, BUT their prices are just too good to refuse, so sorry local Chemist.

Why the name? So, I had to check them out. Best prices overall, big time! I checked the top five on the web three or so years ago, and none could match even close. On the first order, the vinegar broke and froze in bubble wrap, but they were quick to replace, and I am pleased with cheery gals in customer service. On the second order, I thought an item was missing, my bad, and they sent out another at no charge, but then I found the first one. I will tell them about this order and get back to you on the response. God bless.

Their phytoceramides for the skin and rose water with glycerin spray are high quality. Orders come in 5-6 business days or less at a time. I always check there first now.

The prices are low enough that I can afford to try out new products that I've been reluctant to try from other online retailers. My standard shipping order arrived in only two days. I tried Piping Rock after looking at doTerra oils. I wanted to buy a variety of essential oils and blends to try and see how they would benefit me and my family. Although I have seen and heard detrimental comments about this company, most seem to stem from those involved in the multilayer marketing systems. I am happy with what I have tried, and the price makes it affordable for me.

A couple of times when I've ordered oils, some have leaked, but if it was a significant amount, the item was replaced with no problems.
