I've been ordering from Piping Rock for a couple of months now and I am MORE than satisfied with my products. Shipping was fast, and I received everything I ordered with no issues. I feel that the products are quality because I can feel the difference in my body. I wish they offered more organic options though. All in all, a good company.

It's true - Piping Rock does offer good deals While they do sell and ship to the UK, it is a shame they don't have a UK outlet.

I always get stung by customs, so only order at Christmas when they're more overwhelmed and not able to check every single inbound order.

As a result, I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of their product and fast shipping. As a result, I made another order and will continue to try additional products. I ordered a small invoice of products from their crazy deals list.

The first order was returned for some reason. I got a hold of the customer service line and they re-shipped within 3-4 business days.

Some products were missing, and one of the oils had a broken seal.

Once again I called customer service, they answered on the second ring, and they sent out an invoice for missing items.

I have not had a problem with getting in touch with them and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

The products are good - sister company is Natures Truth, which is sold in CVS. The bottle that broke was Cinnamon and it smelled heavenly!

I have been purchasing Piping Rock's 100% MCT Oil, 64 oz size for over a year now and have found this product, and the services offered by Piping Rock, to be excellent.

Product: I have had no issues consuming/using this product. I have had to experiment with serving size, tapering up, down, especially in the beginning, as my body adjusted to introducing MCT oil into my diet.

Company: Occasionally, the product I purchase has become unavailable...so I've had to put my name on a Waiting List. The company has promptly contacted me to let me know when their product was available. At the prices they offer, I generally purchase two bottles to safeguard against un-availability.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Piping Rock.

I made a large purchase on Black Friday and received my order in 5 days with free shipping. Everything ordered arrived intact and well packed. My wife and I have ordered products previously with no problems from Piping Rock. Comparing quality and prices, we decided to give them a big order on Black Friday.

I have been a customer of Piping Rock for eight years or more. I have had a skin condition which has unfortunately for three years which has practically destroyed my life and my health. Piping Rock has been there for me every single time they have come through with flying colors. It has not taken more than a week or maybe 12 days to receive my order. One particular time I made an order of over $200. I found out my doctor wanted me to take some different amino acids, but I had already opened one of each of the bottles and was taking them. I called Piping Rock and they said no problem, send back the bottles that you have opened and that you have not opened and we will refund your money no questions asked. I was shocked beyond belief. I sent all the products back and they refunded the money except for what I kept...within a few days. I can always depend upon Piping Rock. Their products, especially their oils, for the price you can’t beat.

I order their lavender and thuja, ylang-ylang, eucalyptus, tea tree lemongrass, cedarwood, spearmint peppermint, elemi, sandalwood, cinnamon oil, oregano oil, and bergamot, geranium, castor oil, and almond oils. All of these oils have been excellent quality, for what I have needed. I can’t say enough good about Piping Rock.

I recently purchased on one of their crazy deal sales of 6 containers of pea organic protein for just under $4. I added my own spirulina and chlorella, so had a perfect protein powder for me since I can’t have whey. I use the beet powder as well. I have never had a bad experience with them. Prices (if you get a crazy deal) are better than any place I’ve found.
