I've ordered several times from Piping Rock. I live in Canada. I've never had a problem with any of my orders. I receive orders in two weeks. Yes, they are based in the USA. Keep orders below $20 CDN to avoid duties or taxes.

I'm impressed so far. I bought creams and Vitamin C serum. The order came quickly, was well packaged. The serum is the correct viscosity. The creams do not have any perfumes. Not sure about the other reviews, my experience has been positive.

I bought first time their essential oil starter kit last year and it arrived in UAE fast! I'm using some of the oils now and could see a difference and now I just again purchased empty bottles and diffuser, and again, it came earlier than they mentioned. I was really surprised. It was nicely packed with safety/air sealed bags so that the fragile items are carefully delivered. I'm a satisfied customer really!

I had ordered some essential oils, and afterward, I read all these bad reviews of not getting orders, I freaked out! So, any rate, yes, it took more time than usual to get the order, and when I looked at the tracking number of the post office it told me it was delivered, but two days later I still didn't have it. I called Piping Rock and they sent out a new bottle of it the next day, and of course the next day I received the first lost bottle.

To make this short, yes, it took a bit more time to get the product from this company and yes, customer service was AMAZING. But, then again, you're paying a lot less money than other companies for their product, so it was worth the few days late.

I am surprised to see some of these negative comments. Actually, they border on hateful. I received my first order recently and it arrived quickly, was well packed with the correct items, and was billed correctly. I am very happy to have found Piping Rock!

I have ordered from them several times to Norway, have never had any problems at all, no late packages, no missing items, and several products are not only cheaper but more effective than the same product here. I will shop there again and again.

I ordered from them through Amazon, eBay, and their website. All times the orders were received and reasonably packaged in good time.

The order from Amazon of MCT oil shipped and the MCT bottles were not sealed as well as they should be or heat during shipping cause air in the bottle to expand and break the seal with small leaking. Their customer service through Amazon responded and offered replacements but wasn't necessary the product was fine and was a minor problem.

In many cases being the best deal of pre capsulated supplements for my location online I can find, and in some cases, their capsulated supplements sell cheaper than bulk powder form on sale. My six orders have been great.

I have no idea why so many people are claiming they never got their orders. My family and I have been customers for years (5+). We’ve always gotten good deals and good supplements from them. We’ve never had any hassle or any issues with our orders. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I saw many bad comments about Piping Rock. However I'd take that risk. My order was made on 4/22/19 and the products arrived on 4/30/19 (8 days to Thailand). That very impressed me. I will order again.

I have received 4 orders from Piping Rock, the last one arrived 7 days after I placed the order. The products I have bought have worked as they should. And prices are great. I will continue to order from here.
