Sorry to say, I don" know if the Potassium Plus Iodine is worth it. I only received it today (July 25) after ordering on July 2!

And, It was NOT DELIVERED to my door. I got a card on the 25th of July to pick it up at the Post Office!

This is not sitting well with me after numerous days of calling trying to locate the parcel.

I am pointing out their shipping service to Canada is the worst! They Use DHL. I have had problems with DHL many times before this.

If you want a product with 3 different tracking numbers adding to confusion go ahead and order. Expect to receive the product a month later and that is only after complaining to various locations that your parcel has not arrived.

Starts out with a DHL tracking number but that number falls off their system once your product hits the Canadian border.

Good luck. It's almost like finding a needle in haystack.

I have had nothing but good luck with Piping Rock. The products are great and the prices are literally unbeatable. I order everything from vitamins, fish oil to my dogs daily vitamin supplement. I highly recommend this company. Make sure you use Mr Rebates before you order. It's usually a pretty good additional discount.

I've been ordering supplements from Piping Rock for quite some time now, and I've not been disappointed with their products or their customer service. Their shipping cost is the best I've found, and I receive my orders promptly and in good condition. They have good prices especially on their Crazy Deals sales, and this enables me to stock up on products that I use the most. I use their supplements for both me and my pets.

So disappointed that I wasn't warned about the additional $29.90 for shipping! I now either have to fork out the extra or lose 20 percent if the products are returned. Not impressed at all.

I don't believe some of these negative reviews. I have made three large orders in two months and can't believe how quick the orders came. The products are amazing. So reasonable I would not hesitate to buy again. Even my health has improved. I am 75 years old. Thank you Piping Rock.

As an international buyer, I thought I would try this company, who claimed to be reasonable. I made an order amounting to £95.00. Via checkout, I was given the option of three courier services, and I paid that.

Imagine on the delivery day, the same courier company says another cost had to be paid of £36.00 before I can take the parcel. I decline. Total regrets by now. However, I contact Piping Rock to be told that I will not get my money back.

Absolutely awful company. Thank god my purchase was made via PayPal with buyer's protection. My advice to others is to choose a more reputable company. Clearly not this one!

I wanted to purchase a supplement but decided to wait until I researched it a minute. Unfortunately, while nothing was ordered or shipped, money was taken from my account even before I declined. I contacted their customer service to no avail. Good thing it was a gift card. Be careful guys!

I couldn't add or change the order on the same day without sending separately. Ok.

Awful returns policy. They will not pay for return postage and deduct half the money you paid, so it's not worth sending back. They left me to pay £16 ($22.38) as they did not pay the correct postage in the first place and refused to reimburse.

Because I'm in the UK, I'm not used to this as the company would not be able to carry on like this under consumer rights here.

I received my order, which I had already queried the final price, which nothing was done about. I had to pay £12.25 ($17.11) customs, on the box it said to pay on orders over £15 ($20.95). My order was just over £13 ($18.16). A man called Michael Rudolph has put a sticker on the side of the box, custom-made declaration saying that the cost of the order is £30.50 ($42.60).

Not happy at all!
