I am very pleased with the products I have purchased. Have received my purchases always quicker than expected. The few times I have needed customer service help, I have always been satisfied with professionalism and how friendly they are. My questions were answered and my concerns were resolved satisfactorily. I would highly recommend their products to anyone, and have done so.

Great quality products, reasonably priced. Have been ordering from them for about 5 years now. I am a happy customer. There was one time, a bottle of Hyaluronic acid came in broken. The order had a bottle each of Hyaluronic acid and Argan oil. I called the customer service and told them about it. No questions asked, they immediately shipped a replacement of both Argan oil and Hyaluronic acid.

I have recommended this company to so many friends, who have in turn become repeat customers. Their product and service speaks for itself. Such excellent customer service warrants loyal customers. Stay awesome Piping Rock.

I have ordered from Piping Rock a lot the last year. The only issue I had was with retinol cream, it made me and my mom break out with pimples. Not sure if it was us or the cream but was kind of sad, but everything else so far I've gotten is great. I love the prices and never had any horrible problems.

I have ordered several different vitamins, B complex, D3 and Calcium-Magnesium-D3 from Piping Rock over the past two years without a problem! The orders arrived within 5-7 days, and in excellent condition. The price has always beat the competition, by at least 30 to 50 percent.

Like any customer, I would like to see all nutraceuticals companies assay their product's ingredients to reassure us of the quality. Once a year, with a surprise visit from a company with no financial ties.

I would be willing to pay for the extra cost in my supply of vitamins.

I have shopped with Piping Rock numerous times, and I have not had one problem with ordering, shipping or product quality. I have purchased oils with other companies and had not liked what I had received, which is what made me try this company. I have ordered from them five or six times and have not had any delays and no broken or leaking bottles. I will shop with them until I can no longer shop.

I came upon Piping Rock when I was hunting Essential Oils with a difference. Something for a change from the norm. I hit jackpot with different blends, beautiful scents, names and priced very reasonable. The delivery was also no fuss and very efficient. I am a fan.

I have no way to test Piping Rock's products other than I use a lot of them for myself and have had nothing but good results from what I've ordered (herbs, essential oils, etc.). I've done the test myself on the oils to see if they're real and so far they've turned out the way I've read they're supposed to.

I understand the disappointment of shipments overseas, but that's no reason to down a company for a product review. Also, as far as customer service, I called one time because one of my oils had accidentally been left out of my order and I didn't have to send them my invoice where this item was marked or nothing, they just immediately shipped me another one out. I feel they are a good, legitimate company.

I live in the UK and made a £40 order, plus paid £6.45 for shipping. My package had to be picked up from my post office because of extra vat and handling charges of £14.23, which wasn't mentioned at the time of the order. I won't use Piping Rock again as because they weren't clear they now appear dubious to me and wonder about the reliability of their products too. I heard if you spend more than £20, that's the problem. But because they don't explain, you never know!

In the past, I have bought hundreds of dollars of product from Piping Rock but not anymore. I recently called their 800 number to voice a complaint about moth contamination in some of the health seed products (four sealed bags) I had purchased. The person answering the phone on the other end of the line comes sounded like a criminal interrogator verses a representative of the company wanting to help. My main concern was to inform not to gain monies or product. Too many businesses these days have hired people that are not qualified or have no concern about their customers.

I ordered some supplements from this website. It's almost three months is going to finish but until now I didn't get my order. They have taken money from my account, but simply they are saying the order has not yet reached and they are not responsible for this...

Of course, they are purely responsible for the orders until it reaches the customer, but they are saying some silly reason for their fraud service...

We can't complaint also, but we can report to Google to stop their service...

They are not worthy to sell all over the world, they are doing fraudulent things in the name of DHL service. I checked with DHL and they said most of the customer complaints are about the same issue against Piping Rock, it's a total fraud company like this, they said...

So please be aware of this company, before going to order you should check the company reviews from Google, then order. Please don't waste your money...

I would like to see what other people have to say about the essential oils from Piping Rock. I received my order promptly and without shipping issues, considering they were shipped from the US to Europe. However, I am concerned about the quality of the oils. I ordered several oils, amongst them myrrh, frankincense, and geranium. The myrrh is supposed to have a balsamic odor but actually did not smell of anything and was very watery, The geranium and the frankincense did not smell as they should do. As a trained aromatherapist this concerns me as the aromas are what benefit the olfactory system. Whilst I realize that the oils are a good price and I would not expect industrial grade oils for this price, these oils do not smell as they should. I am disappointed as I thought this looked like a reputable company. I would be reluctant to use them on other people as I would have safety and authenticity concerns.
