Did not received my order and no response from their customer service! I send them an email several times asking my items status but it's just an automatic response email. You guys are thieves!

I bought in August 2018 products for a total amount of 100 USD approximately. I never received the products, I never received the money back. This company stole my money. I am doing this post in order to make people aware of the risks a potential customer can face if they buy from this pseudo company.

Purchased since the 9the of February 2019.

Item never arrived. I was told it had been with customs so refused to refund. This is ridiculous. I paid $10 for shipping but didn't have any information or tracking number which is required by customs for investigating lost parcels. Does this sound like a scam?

Buying on eBay is more reliable than them.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered three products that were part of the BOGO and they did not send it that way, and they claim that once the order is packaged they cannot fix it. They said they cannot shipment the free ones separately so there was nothing they could do!

Absolutely disgusted! When making an order from here they charge you shipping fees but do not make you aware of having to pay additional customs charges on delivery. My charges cam to 50% of the total order price so in actual fact the products cost more than if I'd purchased them elsewhere. So if you think you are making a saving, think again. Stay clear!

Hi, I have read these reviews BEFORE taking a chance ordering a supplement, first order took 2 weeks, which I expected seeing it's US-based, second order came in 10 days, no problems at all.

I live in the US. Ordered on a Wednesday and the next Monday it still hasn't shipped. A week later and it just arrived at FedEx. This is horrible. Despite the great prices and decent quality, the frustration and getting my order on time is the reason I will no longer order from Piping Rock.

Do not shop here, items will take months to arrive and often may not arrive at all! You will be promised a refund but only a partial one as you will still be charged for the shipping of the items you didn’t receive. I didn’t even receive the partial refund that was promised to me, there are plenty of alternative sites that offer the same products at better prices and with faster delivery times. Do not be robbed!

I completely agree with the "S'more, Great prices, customer service, and products" review here. The other person reviewed based on one product. I order from PipingRock all the time. Supplements and essential oils. All great. Never had a problem. And shipping is so fast. It takes about 3-4 business days for me to get my order.

Compared to my local health food/herbal store:

I bought 4 ounces of almond oil at the store for $8. Piping Rock had 16 ounces for $4! Of course I had to order a 16 ounce bottle, as well as 16 ounces of grapeseed oil for $8, (compared to the store's price of $13 for 4 ounces).

I make beeswax soap and beeswax body bars, so I am very familiar with different brands of essential oils. My order from Piping Rock arrived within 5 days, was packaged sloppily on the outside, but what I cared more about were the products on the INSIDE of the box.

I compared Piping Rock essential oils, side by side, to the essential oils from my local store. There was no difference in scent, viscosity, color, and all had the same pleasant feel upon my skin.

Now I'm going to try using the $10 coupon I received with my order, and if it is not honored (as one customer said in an earlier review), my opinion will be subject to change.
