Purchased 4 bottles of Hawthorn capsules, cost £27.60 + £5.47 postage. I had to pay Royal mail £13.54 to receive the package. Contacted PR not our fault. No mention that there is a customs fee to pay when ordering. No reply to emails. Steer clear of this company, Rip off people. Don't order from them.

I ordered Turmeric Curcumin on 10/27/2019 and received it today 11/05/2019 very well packaged. It cost E16.95 for 360 capsules, a year's supply. In Ireland I recently paid E29.00 for 60 capsules.

This is a fantastic value and the delivery time to Ireland was only 9 days. I am very happy with the product and the service and would recommend it to anyone.

I have been ordering from Piping Rock off and on for years and have never been disappointed, always received my order, there may have been a time or 2 that the order took longer than I expected, but it always showed up. I am especially glad that they have a manufacturing plant in NY and I don't have to worry that the products I am getting are from China. Their prices are much cheaper than Rocky Mountain Oil, DoTerra and Young Living. I have recommended their website to others and they also have been pleased with PR's products.

BEWARE! I have ordered from Piping Rock and paid all the taxes, after receiving the order I have received a letter saying that I have to pay import duty £60. I have contacted them and explained I am just a customer, not an importer, why do I have to pay these duties? Such disgusting customer service. They took all the money and did not clear taxes and leave it for me to pay.

I have a dreadful experience.

I bought Royal Jelly and Manuka Honey cream. It was very reasonably priced. I started using it yesterday and it soaked in wonderfully on my face. I'm very acne prone so I'm being careful with it and watching for a breakout but I don't really expect it to happen. It smells clean and pure. Also got some essential oils for my soap making. Best price I've found yet. I received my stuff four days after I ordered. Already placed another order. My new favorite place to shop.

I don't know how effective their supplements are, but I ordered some essential oils from here because they had the best deal on them I could find. I received them relatively quickly, but they mixed up a bottle and sent me the wrong thing. I contacted them and a few hours later received an email stating that they had sent me a bottle of the correct item at no cost to me. I wish all companies remembered that they are here to serve the customer like Piping Rock does.

I use Piping Rock products, spices, organic vinegar, vitamins, and minerals. I have been happy with them all as well as the price. I have never had a problem with it being shipped. And have never tried to return anything.

This is a pyramid type company. People can earn by promoting products. So I am guessing, if people are having trouble with contacting the company, it would be an individual not the company in general. Here is a number for customer service from their home page:

This company are crooks. I ordered a product which I paid for. I never received it the last three months and the customer service did not even react to my three emails and complaints. Horrible! If someone knows where to address this, I would love to hear!

Don't buy if you guys are from outside of the US because I think that's how they become crappy, by not providing good customer service to the international buyer. Their customer service is very bad, only the machine, and does not bother with a response.
