I can honestly say I was very skeptical of PrettyLitter the first time, but I absolutely love it! There is no odor at all that I can tell in my house anymore, unlike other litters I have used in the past. I am on my third month and will continue to order. My cats had no problem with the transition over to PrettyLitter. I do think that for FedEx delivery, it is a bit slow though. Overall, it's a great product.

I'm a new customer of PrettyLitter, and I love it! It's a bit pricey but well worth it. No more lugging heavy litter boxes, no clumping, very little dust and front door delivery is great! I've already recommended it to several cat moms!

PrettyLitter has been the best cat litter that I have ever used. There is not one thing that my cats and I don't like about it including how easy it is to use, having it shipped directly to the house, how I can monitor my cats' health, and the story behind the creation. One of the best compliments was when I had a cat sitter who could not stop talking about it. He said I had the cleanliest cats in the neighborhood. He was going to recommend the litter to everyone. This was before he knew the real purpose of monitoring the cats' health!

My cat was a naughty carpet urinater for months, no matter what I tried. If any clothes were left on the floor, it was a guarantee that he'd peed on them. He nearly ruined my carpets. I used repellant sprays, treats when he used the litter box, switched the litter brands constantly; nothing worked. I was worried maybe he had some kind of UTI, but the vet never found anything wrong.

I decided after much research to try PrettyLitter. I've used it for about two months now, and I have not seen him pee outside of the litter box since. One of my cats is long haired and it does stick to his paws a bit, but I'll happily deal with the minor tracking over the constant cat urine smell in my room! I'm very pleased with the product based on my experience, and I recommend it to anyone with cats.

This product must have been made on another planet by unicorns I'm sure. I no longer have litter nightmares! My 4 cats are all loving digging in this, and a few now bury their waste, which they never did with clay or corn-based litters. This stuff is so light that my elderly mother-in-law can handle it without needing help like with other heavy litters. The fact, the litter changes color if there's a potential problem, and it is pure magic to us. We love this feature just as much as we love no clay paw prints all over the house. I just started using it two days ago. I have 4 cats, and the price of regular litter was $90 to $120 per month. No matter how much I scooped, I would still detect odors. When changing the litter (I have 2 large boxes) I had to make 2 trips to the trash barrels because of the weight. So far, so good. Hopefully, it will stay that way!

I have a subscription for the last seven months. In the beginning, I used to get just one package, but I started getting two when a package arrived damaged (PrettyLitter immediately replaced the bag; yay customer service!). My cat uses a big litter box because she needs a little space to do her business, so it only lasts about 20 days. So I am considering ordering in bulk (4 packs).

I love the customer service, so prompt and efficient.
