This litter was great...for two weeks. I purchased two bags for my two-cat household and followed all recommended directions for use (2 inches of litter which I measured to double check, only scoop feces, stir the urine areas to mix, clean the box daily). I even swept up litter that got kicked out of the box and put it back in to ensure less loss of litter.

I loved it for the first 1.5 weeks then noticed an increase in urine odor and slight blue tint. After another three days, all of the litter had turned into blue slush that no longer absorbed any urine and my entire house reeked of cat urine. Not a pleasant smell to come home to after work.

I attempted to call the company to discuss the issue, but there was no answer. I emailed the customer service department and after three days have yet to receive a reply. I attempted to leave a review on the company's website but, surprise, the link is not activated so no reviews can be left.

I am extremely disappointed in this product and the fact that it only works as advertised for half of the time it is supposed to. I would have been willing to pay the high cost per month had it functioned as advertised but am unwilling to shell out the exorbitant price to buy four bags per month, which it appears I would need to do since two bags only last half a month.

Bottom line - don't fall for this company's false advertising, save your money and buy something else.

My boyfriend and I have three cats. We have one litter box upstairs, and two in the basement. Of course, all three cats tend to use the one upstairs because why go into the basement if you don't have to?

Once we put a litter box upstairs, the smell started to drive me crazy. No matter how much we cleaned or burned candles, I could smell the clay litter constantly and I hated it. On a whim, my boyfriend ordered PrettyLitter in the hopes it would help.

What a HUGE difference this litter makes! There is absolutely no smell. At all. I forget we even have a litter box upstairs now. Cleaning it is a breeze since the urine kind of just dissolves and you only have to worry about the hard stuff. We just scoop and toss each day and the litter lasts at least a month!

The other thing I love about it is that it's delivered to my door. That means no more lugging a 15 lb container of cat litter through the grocery store, to and from the car, etc.

My boyfriend and I have told everyone we know - if you have a cat, especially more than one, get pretty litter. We won't go back to clay litter!

I had been using clay litter since I've had cats. I grew up with parents and grandparents who used it. Located at all the stores we shopped at, so it was easy to get and find. As I got older and got more involved in the animal community (I am a vet tech and caretaker), I would do research on everything I was using for my animals. I also then found and adopted my very own cats. A few years down the road, they both had crystals and almost a urinary blockage. Even being a tech, cats don't always show signs until it's pretty severe. After that, I was always watching them when they pottied and changing their diets. Even had my vet check their urine as a preventive a couple of times after their incident.

I found the ad for PrettyLitter on Facebook and I couldn't help but wonder. I looked into it and decided to give it a try. All I can say is, I am happy. My cats are happy and took to the litter right away. The odor isn't an issue still unless they use one box more than the other and even then, it's barely anything that what it used to be. It even showed a color that told me I needed to be on alert for one of the cats. I changed the diet over to the precautionary prescription food and it solved the issue before it could get out of hand.

It's easy to clean the boxes and sweep up off the floor. It's better to look at and I no longer worry about my cats ingesting any of the clay pieces from the clay litter. I find it to be worth the price and couldn't be happier.

I've had cats my entire life. I hated emptying the litter box, mainly because of the smell. I've been using pretty litter for about a week now, and it has literally no smell, and no dust whatsoever. I would highly recommend it to any cat owner.

We have one cat and I don't feel that PrettyLitter is cheaper. If you don't stir it every day, there is also a slight urine odor by weeks 3-4. However, it is soooo easy to clean. That's why we keep ordering it. There's no scooping of gunky or cement-like chunks out of the litterbox, it's the only litter that's this easy and is totally worth it for that feature alone.

This is the first time I’ve had an indoor cat, so I’ve have been trying all kinds of litter. I’ve found that no matter what the box says, it still gets stinky. Until I tried PrettyLitter. I was skeptical, but I am a true believer now. I just hit my 30-day mark with the litter and there is NO smell. It’s totally amazing. It’s nice that it changes colors if there is an issue with your pet’s health, but I would still go ahead and purchase this regardless.

I have already recommended this to others and will continue too.

My cat is on a prescription diet because of crystalluria. Unbeknownst to us, he had been sneakily eating his sister's non-prescription food, but we hadn't realized how much and how long he had been doing it.

A few nights ago, his litter turned blue. The next morning, I booked an appointment immediately.

PrettyLitter's early detection is a godsend. My cat's PH levels were high. Not only did PrettyLitter save us from a larger vet bill, it has more importantly saved his health, possibly his life.

While I do need to give him some medication for a week, it did not get so bad that it got infected or obstructed. I'm truly grateful that a product like PrettyLitter exists. I'd be lost without my lil' ball of weird and love.

I would like to add, this kitty litter might be expensive for most people. For my cat's health, it has been absolutely worth it. But if budget is a bit tight, I would recommend mixing it in with a cheaper corn-based kitty litter, because as I've experienced, it still works great.

I have two cats, and they will only go in certain places, which happen to be very close together. So I have a problem with odor. I read other reviews, and I decided to try PrettyLitter. So far I’m on the winning end of this trial. I don’t have to scoop urine, which was a problem of the smell. Now, if the Orange cat decides to pee outside the box or which Witchy frequently does, I put the litter on top of it, it dehydrates, and I just vacuum it up this is fantastic so far. I hope month too is as wonderful.

The only way I was going to have an indoor cat was not to have to smell a cat box. An ad popped up on my Facebook account for PrettyLitter. I decided to order and give it a try. Best decision I've made in a long time. I have one cat, and this product lasts for one month. No one who comes into my home would even know I had a cat.

I LOVE this stuff! No urine smell; it dehydrates the poop, so it doesn't smell. I wanted it for health monitoring, but my cat hasn't had any issues since we started using it! He loves it too and hasn't peed outside of the box yet! Worth every penny...

I love this litter. Seems costly, but saves me money over Walmart litters that I constantly have to change because of the smell. I also like that if it's supposed to ship a day or two before payday, I can log in and change my shipment date. It does track some, but it's so much better than dealing with the weight, dust, perfumes, and litters that smell in a day or two.
