If I could give a zero-star review I absolutely would. Worst customer service experience EVER.

I never received the product yet they took my money over a month ago!

Every time I contact them it's the same canned response of how I can return the product if I'm not satisfied.

I never got it!

Their own tracking number shows it was being processed on 7/12 yet has not moved from that ORIGINAL location since.

Complete scam!

I have ordered a Pro-B Fresh on July 2nd and until now there is no sign my parcel will be delivered. It's August 17th today.

I am so disappointed.

Have just taken the first pill as I have waited over 3 weeks to arrive. The ordering system is terrible, no email to confirm the order, no tracking number that was correct, not being updated once left the USA.

However, it did arrive today. I have 2 bottles so will pre-order (if they work) before I start the 2nd bottle so I don't run out.

I have taken it wrong though as I have dissolved it in my mouth and not water. It doesn't state on the bottle, just says to chew it or dissolve.

Will update if these work.

No stars for this product. It's been more than 3 months now since I purchased this product and it hasn’t been delivered yet. At support they always told me that the package was on the way, but that isn’t true. When I call UPS, they told me that they don’t have any delivery with my guideline.

I would definitely not buy it again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing. My mistake, I should have read the reviews first.

I was a bit scared because of some reviews. I'm a flight attendant and need to talk to people every day so I wanted to make sure my oral hygiene was on track. I noticed that when I flossed a nasty odor came out so I tried the probiotics. No more odor when I floss! I'm in love. They also taste awesome. Good product.

I wouldn't want to leave even 1 star for this product. I purchased 2 bottles for £32 eleven days ago, received a text asking me to click on the link as there was a problem with my delivery but every time I click on it the site won't load so I am basically stuck with paying for this product but not receiving it. I've tried going on the website but it's saying my email address and password are wrong so I am pretty sure this is a con and I am furious.

I would not buy this product and I haven’t even received it yet. They charged me an expediting fee of over $10.00 that I did not choose and did not show on my receipt after I bought the product. Not only was that charge taken out of my account, but a fee of $1.31 was on my bill with no explanation next to it what it was for. Horrible sneaky company.

I sadly can't give a review on this product as I never received it! The company is telling me to chase them up and are refusing to give me a refund until I have done so. I gave them a ref number from the post office of a formal complaint that I made about never receiving them, this should have been enough as proof but this wasn't enough for them! They should be chasing this order up for me, this is terrible customer service, do not order from them. Very poor customer service!

Received an email saying it was sent but have not received anything in nearly 2 months. I have emailed 6 times and still no reply other than an automated email saying they will respond soon. Very disappointing.
