I’m on my 4th day (taking it 2 times a day) and I can already see a difference. I go to the dentist every 3 months, I’m having issues with my gums and deep pockets. I had a bone graph put in a 1 and 1/2 years ago and everything was healing fine, except one pocket in my gums. Every time I floss I bleed. Today was the first time I did not bleed. I can’t wait until I go to the dentist next month and see how that pocket is healing. Will post update.

I was a bit scared because of some reviews. I'm a flight attendant and need to talk to people every day so I wanted to make sure my oral hygiene was on track. I noticed that when I flossed a nasty odor came out so I tried the probiotics. No more odor when I floss! I'm in love. They also taste awesome. Good product.

Received my order a lot sooner than I thought I would, but because of the current situation (Corona), if it would have been delayed I would have been fine with it. Now as far as the product itself, I really like it. It delivered what it promised, cleaner feeling mouth, and fresh breath. If you don’t practice good hygiene, this is probably the reason it's not working for you. Brush your teeth, like it states, and then the mint. You can’t expect it to clear up your killer breath, if you’re not brushing, it’s not magic!
