I cannot get a hold of anyone at ProbioSlim. I want to cancel, but there is no contact email, and cannot get through by phone to their Australia or USA offices. Can someone please help me?

I started taking ProbioSlim in May 2016 and with a balanced diet and exercise lost 50 pounds. In November 2016 I had some life stress happen and completely stopped. Fast forward to July 2017, I decided I needed to get back on my weight loss journey, but didn't go directly to ProbioSlim, and I tried other probiotics. None of those worked for me as well as ProbioSlim. It is not a magic diet pill and definitely needs to be taken as recommended and with a balanced diet and exercise.

I ordered my free (HAHA, FREE) trial of ProbioSlim. Yesterday I got charged $54.95 on my pre-paid card. I found it out not by a receipt or order confirmation, I found out when my car insurance payment failed which I had put the money on the card just for that. Well when I ordered my free trial bottle I unknowingly signed up for a VIP club that mind you I never got an email saying WELCOME TO THE FORCE FACTOR VIP CLUB because they didn't want me to know I joined. Again, I never got a receipt/email for the $54.95 bottle I purchased, no thanks for purchasing this, nothing, SO WATCH OUT, this is dirty and underhanded business!

It's a scam. beware, they will take money off of your credit or debit card after you sample. It doesn't work either!

I started taking ProbioSlim the middle of May with the trial. In those 14 days I lost 11 pounds. I had no side effects. The product let me eat anything I wanted but I reached a point that I did not want anymore to eat. It really curbed my appetite. I have lost 45 pounds. I know that seems slow but that is how weight loss should be. I have also dropped 4 sizes in my clothes. Every so often I do get some nausea with vomiting about 3 hours after taking my medications (about every 3 to 4 weeks). People have noticed the loss. I have about 100 pounds more to loose. I love this product and its results. I was considering surgery but not anymore. There were about 3 weeks where I did not loose any weight but I put on a pair of jeans I had not been able to get over my hips. I slid into them easily. I am a semi-retired RN aged 67 with fibromyalgia, so exercising is very difficult for me.

Sadly, seems like a scam to me too. I thought I was signing up for a sample, and now they are taking amounts out of my bank account each month. I haven't tried the number much, but it gives American times to call anyway. The tablets don't seem to work, but I just can't afford this much each month anyway. Not sure what to do. I will have to go into my bank and talk to them about somehow stopping these payments.

I was taken in once before years ago, and forgot about the experience until I received a bottle of product in the mail and a bill for $74.98 for something I did not order and do not want. Calling the customer service number got me into a flame war about the deception. Supposedly I will get a refund (but not for shipping) for this bottle of pills. Even if the product was wonderful, which I certainly haven't ascertained, I would want nothing to do with a company that tricks people into spending money. So I hope I remember next time I contemplate sending away for a "free, no-risk trial." There is no free lunch, and we'd be better off remembering that.

Please, if you've been ripped off by this company, please contact the state Consumer Protection Agency and dispute the charges. Call your bank and make sure to enter a charge dispute. These people are rip-offs and the more you let everyone know the better. Good luck to us all.

I ordered a sample of this product o line and was billed $4.95. I called their number and told them that I did not want any more.

Twelve days later I was charged $94.96 on my credit card. I tried to call the number on my statement and was put on hold for at least 15 minutes each time. I left a call back number, but never received one.

I finally called again and after 20 minutes got a real (?) person. This man simply kept repeating that the information was on the website that I had 14 days to cancel and they had no record of my cancellation call. Finally he agreed to credit my account for 30% of the charge. I told him that it was no acceptable. He finally said that they would credit my account for 50% of the charge, I did not want to spend any more time, so I accepted this offer.

This is the second time I have had this happen when ordering samples. Be sure to read the entire agreement before giving them your credit card.

ProbioSlim is a ridiculously expensive probiotic that doesn't really have much to do with weight loss. I tried it for a month and didn't see any kind of results. I like the idea of using probiotics to help shed a few pounds, but this one just didn't do the trick. It only has one strain (B. coagulans) that really hasn't been proven to be useful for weight loss.

I gave this product an honest try, followed their protocol, changed my diet and exercised. It didn't work. Nathan told me to keep trying it and if I was not happy and wanted a refund to contact him on a certain date. I contacted him on the date he suggested for a refund. I was greeted on the phone by Michelle and Gray (her supervisor) who offered to give me a 50% refund over the phone, or I could return the remaining pills by registered mail (which I did) and they would refund the money minus the shipping and handling that I had paid. One week later I get an email notice letting me know my ProbioSlim supplement had shipped. They are continuing to ship this product to me and I'm sure my credit card will take another $79 hit for a month's worth of this product.
