I have severe acid reflux and used to spend most of the day stressing over the side effects of GERDs. My whole digestive tract feels relived when drinking the ProPlant...helps with controlling bloating and inflammation. I feel so much better digestive wise and it helps control appetite.

It is early days for me having just received my product The taste is great, the results are instant regarding hunger control. The sweetener is not a very good aftertaste.

The first thing I notice is it stops hunger
The taste is great except for the Stevia
The Stevia is really an after taste, not nice but bearable
The artificial sweetener is really overpowering
I suggest you change the Stevia for a little sugar

I was very excited to try this product as I am looking for a meal replacement shake, and this one had so many benefits. I have used it three times, barely able to get the contents of the shake down because of how thick and slime-like it is. All three times I have used it in a blender bottle and I know people keep saying "use a blender," but that’s not why I wanted this product. It’s easier for me to take it on the go.

This product is very thick and slimy, it's hard to drink, I've tried adding more water but it doesn't work.
It's like trying to drink Slim. Although it doesn't taste bad, it's hard to drink. It doesn't mix well either, very lumpy and slimy.
I would not recommend this product.

Have been doing the shake for about a month and I feel great. Feel lighter, stronger, don't get winded, and am losing weight. From 200lbs to 185lbs. I'm 75 years old and was feeling like I was on a slippery slope to decline. Now I feel like I have a lot of life to live.

My experience was totally different! Of course, I was so excited after researching and reading about this shake. Once that arrived I made my first shake after my workout. I felt completely bad, nauseous, head hurting, stomach ache, and light-headed. I wasn’t sure what the problem was! But I figured this is the newest thing in my diet so it had to be what it was. Didn’t want to believe it so I waited and made another maybe 3 days later with coconut milk and the same exact feeling hit me! But this time I threw up, I was completely shocked, I really wanted this product to work for me. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have 4 bottles and I don’t want them to go to waste. Please help! Maybe it’s something I don’t know that can help me!

I have had ProPlant for a brief time and manage one shake every other day, two every three days at best. I add the Vital Reds, and Energy Renew as well. I've tried fruit and it was a taste disaster to my palate. The chocolate taste is not to my liking and I would much prefer a more workable vanilla. Having no stomach or GI problems or complaints and with the other additions I love the pick me up energy I experience daily...just not as palatable as I had hoped. I could only recommend this to a real chocolate lover, and while I like chocolate, this shake would be more suited to me as vanilla! I will, however, continue with the product.

When I first began using the shake, I added spinach, strawberries, blackberries, grapes, unsalted pecans, cashews, almonds, and pistachios. I had to keep adding more water because the shake was way too thick. I finally stopped adding all these extra fruits, but still add more water than recommended. The chocolate taste is really great. I don't like eating breakfast and have enjoyed a shake for over 25 years. Yours is the best I've tried.

I am currently on my second container of ProPlant. I drink it every other morning and I find it to be very satisfying. I recently had my labs done and the results were very satisfying to me. I am continuing to work on my goals, since January 2nd I lost 15 pounds and labs with great improvement. I will definitely refer you and your products.

The product has definitely had a very positive impact on my digestive system. My bowel movements are no longer sporadic and rushed but very controlled and regular. I also have much more energy but seem to be having more trouble staying asleep. I'm taking on projects I would never have considered before.
Although the chocolate flavor is ok, I would much prefer a vanilla option. I would also prefer a product with no sweetener (Stevia Blend) as I always make my shakes with frozen fruit (raspberries, blueberries) to add sweetness.
In closing, I wish you would provide a vanilla option with no sweetener! I will be looking for this type of product when I run out of your product.

I have been using the shake and a trainer created the meal plan for. Week #5 now and I am so excited. I'm at 18 lbs lost and learning the measuring of food that I really needed, which I was totally aware of, that was my problem, just had to go with it and do it. Best ever, thanks.
