From start to finish, it was quick and easy. My loan officer truly cared about my situation and found me the best deal. Then it was only a couple of weeks before I was closing. I just can't believe how fast and easy it was.

This was the easiest mortgage/refinance that I have ever done. I have always dealt directly with a bank so was unsure about how this worked. Two of my friends who have been in banking and finance personally recommended Rocket/Quicken Loans. I was so impressed with how helpful and professional everyone was. I have already recommended you to several people. Thank you to all involved.

Rocket Mortgage allowed us an easy and painless refinance of our house, taking advantage of the unprecedented low interest rates. The result is more monthly cashflow with minimal impact on equity already built.

Great, seamless, painless, and way too easy. Would not know why you would want the hassle. Told all my family and friends. Don’t have anything more to say but this requires a lot more letters than I needed.

My experience with Quicken Loans was great, they helped every step of the way, they explained every single step. I started out with a low credit score and instead of them turning me away they advised me on what I needed to do in order to get approved. I ended up with a 684 credit score and was able to take out equity and get approved at a lower rate. I went from 3.5 to 2.8. I also went to a 15-year loan instead of a 30.

Working in Punic accounting, I’ve assisted over 150 people in all walks of life with the mortgage process as they worked with banks or brokers. Every time the clients were always frustrated with the process. The experience we had with Rocket/Quicken was the best experience I have ever been aware. Our banker Tyson was on point from the beginning and really made a difference and checking in the app twice a day helped keep things moving. Recommend letting them verify your income as it saves time. Ours was a refinance and we closed less than 30 days from when I started.

Fast and easy refinance. We had waited almost 6 months to close with another institution and decided to go with Quicken to close sooner. The agent was very informative and gave us step by step assistance and made it an easy closing.
