We had no idea we could even buy a house. We contacted Quicken Loans and within a half hour, they told us we were pre-approved for a home loan! We could not be happier. They even found a 5-star realtor and believe me she is a 5-star realtor. She found us our house. We looked at one other house, and we told her what we liked about it and what we wanted. She found the house we bought.

Every single person my wife and I had contact with during our refinance was informative, helpful, and friendly. Some of our questions along the way were redundant, however, everyone was professional and answered all of our questions, even when I know we may have asked more than once.

Forgettable but 5-stars? That's because I could forget about all the stress associated with buying a home and closing. Between Quicken, Steve, Broc, and the rest of the team, it was a painless process. Their willingness to explain, promptness in replying and overall competence was a godsend, in the already nerve-wracking experience of home buying.

I was apprehensive at first going through an online mortgage company for our new home, but with all the ad's and good reviews, I thought I would apply, just to see what all the fuss was about. Our experience was so good that we never felt we needed another comparable quote from a local bank. Awesome, easy, and through. Five stars!

I was leery of doing business with an online bank, but a friend encouraged me to use Quicken Loans (which led to Rocket Mortgage). I could not be happier with the results. This was my 5th mortgage, and it was unbelievably easy. There was no daunting paperwork to sort through (only at signing) and we did the closing at my home (my mortgage was a refinance). It was by far the easiest and quickest mortgage I have ever experienced. Once you start, you have an online dashboard that keeps you informed daily. They have really worked out any kinks that might occur in an online financing experience.

My wife and I were looking at purchasing a new house. We had no idea where to start or even if we were able to buy. I called Quicken and got a rep (Jason Ellis) and talked with him for a while. After talking with Jason, we felt comfortable with him and decided to make a go of it. We are glad we did. We have since closed on our new home and couldn’t be happier with the service we got from the first call to the closing. The best thing to say about Quicken Loans and Rocket Mortgage is that it's seamless. You slide from inquiry to closing almost without notice. These are highly skilled and professional people that keep you moving through the process. My banker was Brett Wimmer (hope I spelled that right) and Blake Burton was my purchasing agent, the point is I don’t remember the names of people at all unless I was impressed. All my communications were top-notch with anyone from that company.
