There was a little more leg work than I remember from my last refinance. It also seemed like there was a lot of people with their hand out over and over. Be prepared to spend about $1000 to refinance.

I already had my mortgage loan with Rocket Mortgage so when I decided to refinance, I again went with my same company. The refi process was done in about 2 weeks! I’ve already referred a friend to this company because we are family, hence MY company?

Quick and pleasant, fast and friendly. Could get nowhere with another company. Now I am less stressed over my budget. Even though I lost my husband, and now am on a fixed income, I know I can make it on my own. Thank you Rocket Mortgage!

Obtaining a mortgage through RM was incredibly easy. I liked how most of the process was online and could be done on my own time, but people were still available live when needed. The constant updates online on the progress of the loan were also great.

Poor communication. I waited a long time to go to closing due to a 401k statement not ready from DOD. Once received, was told that it would not qualify and I need to have $6700 in my account replacement. If this info was provided I could have done that immediately.
