I woke up this morning, realizing that for the first time, I woke up rested and didn't feel like I was 'waking up tired'.

I have taken SeroVital Advanced - taken as directed. I saw some reviews saying they took it all times of days. Instructions have me taking 2 in the morning and 4 at night.

I am sleeping/resting better, and it took me by surprise the other day when a co-worker told me "Something had changed - what have you been doing? Your skin looks great."

I don't know if it's the SeroVital or if I'm just actually more rested for some other reason. All I know is I feel better. All over kind of feel better. And I actually have energy.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I did notice that each one of the negative reviews stated they purchased at Costco. I purchased mine directly. I didn't expect to notice any results for at least 30 days (in time to buy some more), but I have felt something different right away in these three weeks.

Yes, these pills work. First time taking it. Gives me energy. Two months and it shows my skin glowing. I look younger. Lost weight. My target was to lose weight due to diabetes. Now I only take one pill a week because I am already at the target weight I really want, 145 pounds. I still do my fasting at night and don't eat after 8 pm to 8 am. I walk after meals. I don't go to the gym anymore. It really eliminates the fats in your body. I see some negative reviews, maybe they are not doing it right. It's your body, figure out which and what do you need to eliminate. By the way, I am 51 years old and get complimented that I look good as 51. I look like I'm in my 30s. Even my kids give that compliment.

I'm 46 and originally lost 55 pounds in 6-7 months on SerolVital back in 2020.

When I stopped taking it, I also stopped losing weight. I ran, worked out at the gym 5 days a week and couldn’t shed one pound. I put ten pounds back on and realized I need to get back on SV to lose another 25 lbs to reach my ideal weight. I eat right and work out and when I can’t shed any weight doing that, then that is proof this works for me. This might not work for everyone. And if you’re going to still eat donuts on the couch, this might not work for you, and you’re better off forking out the $ for liposuction.

I have recommended to all of my personal friends and coworkers who struggled with weight loss.

I am 73 years old and have been taking SeroVital-HGH for almost one year. I have better energy, my skin is better, and I sleep great. I'm experiencing no side effects. It is expensive but I do believe it works. I feel better taking the capsules than having injections done.

I have had a dysfunctional thyroid since I was 19 year old, and I am now 50. It has gone from over active to under active, so basically I haven't felt well since I was about 17 years old. I have tried MANY supplements to help increase my energy, and to lose weight, and most make me feel good for about two weeks tops. SeroVital has given me energy since about day two, and it is still giving me energy, and I am on month three. I haven't noticed any tighter skin or vanishing of wrinkles, but my hair is getting crazy thick, even though it became quite thin after the birth of my daughter 25 years ago.

I started perimenopause when I was 46 years old, and had not had regular menstrual cycles for over thee years now. I have also gained 50 lbs. In my first month of taking SeroVital, I had my menstrual cycle. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I am unable to do too much physical activity because of both a bulging disk, and nerve damage to my back. So hence, no weight loss. I believe I would be losing weight if I could exercise more than just walking my dogs every day.

When you receive your first shipment of SeroVital, it clearly lists in their brochure that this is not an overnight miracle cure, and that it is to be part of your lifestyle. So even though they offer a 30 day free trial, it does say it is to be a part of your lifestyle, just like a multi vitamin is, so probably for some, 30 days may not be long enough. I also read reviews on their site that stated good ones, and reviews that were not positive. I take that as them being honest about their product.

Regarding their auto enrollment, I haven't seen but maybe two products advertised on television that DOESN'T make you auto enroll with their product, so lately that seems par for the course about products you order on the Internet.

I could or might not recommend this to a friend, simply because what works for one person, may not work for another. I would tell them about my experience, and if they are interested, I'll give them the URL for SeroVital, I'll give them the URL for HighYa and any other objective sites I find with reviews.

I really hope this helps someone decide to order it, or not to order it. I have written what it has helped me with, and nothing else. The decision is up to each person's own evaluation.

I have been taking this product for about 3 months now. I was already on track for losing some weight, but having concerns about loose skin after weight loss made me do some research.

I came across ads for SeraVital and one of the benefits was skin firmness which I assumed would also mean skin tightening, Well, you should note that this is my 3rd major attempt at losing weight and I am very familiar with loose sagging skin which I have experienced in the past.

After taking this for 3 months, I have 1/2 the loose skin in which I normally experienced, I am a skeptic, but desperate measures needed to be taken.

I also noticed that my skin is incredibly softer/smoother and not sure if it's related or not, but scar tissue around where I had a serious break and surgery on my leg has almost gone away entirely (was a lump and unsightly and is now mostly gone).

I am 43 and since my health has been improving, living longer and beating the aging clock has been quite the priority for me and I would recommend this product for what I have seen so far. I've tried the powder drink mix and pills and don't have a preference.

As far as numbness in my fingers, well, I addressed this with my doctor who is assessing that my nerves may be "over stimulated" but he sees no reason to worry, I was given a clean bill of health. Oh, and did I mention I used to be considered diabetic? And he said my levels are in the NON-DIABETIC range now.

I was very pleased with my recent doctor's visit. He is aware of the SeraVital that I am taking and says he has no advice on the product but said that whatever I am doing, it seems to be working great for me.

I will continue to take the product and will re-post with my experience after a few more months. One more note – I have lost about 40 lbs with this and combination of this along with healthy diet and moderate exercise of 1 to 2 days a week. It's pricey, but so far worth it.

I'm a 59-year-old single mom of three, and an RN for 20 years. Tough life? Yes. And it showed. After eight months of taking SeroVital-hgh, I quit, not thinking it did anything. Well, it does.

I quit for bout a month, and my skin changed. It looked saggy, my gut grew fatter, and my sleep habits changed. Looking back, my face had appeared younger, and my figure was younger looking. Even my sleep was better. I also had more energy.

That said, I'm either going back on SeroVital-hgh, or I'm grabbing the amino acids that make up the product. It's your decision.

I'd give this five stars since it works for me.

I feel so much better on it; I sleep better, my joints don't hurt, I feel younger, my belly weight is decreasing, and I have fewer wrinkles. I take only two pills a day because I get an upset stomach if I take four pills a day. So for me, this is even greater, since it costs me half as much. I actually stopped taking it for a month and felt joint pain and weight gain again. I went back on two pills a day and felt young again.

I love the stuff, and I'm on my sixth box, so that's one year for me (since I take half a dose). I buy it at Costco when they are on sale for $80 (for 160 capsules), which is the best price anywhere. You get more, but pay less.

I only gave it four stars because it does have some side effect for me. I have gotten some digestive problems on four pills (on and off), stomach issues, gum bleeding, and once, a nose bleed. But I'm not 100% sure these new side effects are related to SeroVital. I am 56.5 years old, and the stomach issues could be related to stress at work, and the nose bleed could be due to the dry winter heat. The bleeding gums could be my own problem.

I feel and look so much younger on SeroVital, s I'm not stopping them. Plus, I'm not sure any of the mild symptoms I'm having are related. I may have those issues if I don't take SeroVital. All I know is that I work 50 hours a week, clean my big house, keep up with my 2-year-old grandbaby all weekend, have lots of energy, don't feel body aches, and am told that I look way younger than I am. I am feeling good on SeroVital, and didn't feel good off them.

I am a 60-year-old female. I took it for two months at age 59 and thought it wasn't doing much, other than providing me with the best sleep ever. Looking back, I can see that I got away with eating bad food and my skin was also a lot smoother.

Now at 60, I have started my first box. After one week, my skin is smoother, my arms don't have skin bumps, and I sleep better and wake up earlier. Anxiety is non-existent, and I am not stressed out. So it definitely does do something, so I'm going to stick with it a lot longer this time.

I first started taking the tropical flavored crystals because I'm terrible at taking pills and they taste yummy like an Emergen-C with zero sugar!

Anyway, I did feel some difference when I first took it, but I didn't read direction properly and definitely would eat within two hours of taking it. I remember having more mental clarity and even more boost of assertiveness when I took it, but I also was a bit lazy at the time I took it.

Seven months later I'm taking it again because I have been stressed out and not taking care of myself, and I'm 35 years old.

Here are some pluses: I feel that my arms (which looked big and fat) are now leaner. I have been meaning to work out but haven't had the time with my schedule, but they definitely look leaner. I used to not always have consistent bowel movements, but now they have become more consistent. I am in the middle of juggling a few big deals and while I wasn't mentally in a place where I set my limits, lately magically I have been very clear about my limits and more disciplined in how I execute my thoughts to colleagues. I do feel this is the seroVital. Because what made the difference is my anxiety went away and I wasn't afraid to be clear in my needs and what needed to happen for the workflow to be better.

I will vouch for this pill, but I give it four stars because I'm still early on in taking it again. The guy at GNC says it will take maybe two months before I really see the effect, but he may be talking more about physical changes. My skin complexion has always been great but in other areas like anxiety, lean muscles, increased metabolism, I absolutely 100% have seen results in two weeks.

I also will add that you can't cheat! Eating within two hours before and after does change the results as I have seen a tremendous difference once I got that right. I think it varies by body type but for me, I am taking the crystals at night now vs. morning, and I believe it's better for me than the morning. When I wake up, I'm fully alert and able to dive into work right away.

Another note after reading some reviews: I don't know if the supplement is right for everyone. So far I haven't seen any side effects. But I'm sure people who are more active than me and work out consistently because I may not need it as much as people who don't. People who work a lot and get super stressed may see some mental benefits as I have. I'm not sure; it's just a thought.
