I have been taking this product for about one year. I noticed no side effects but I would advise people to take the product either first thing in the morning or midday, and no later than 4 pm in the afternoon if you like to go to bed earlier than most because if you follow the instructions on use you are pretty much guaranteed to feel better and have more energy. But ladies and gents - that is the idea - it gives you more energy to actually be more physically active, so if you take it closer to bedtime and it keeps you awake, take it during the day or in the morning when you can enjoy activities you need the energy for, that is called a blinding glimpse of the obvious.

I looked at all the negative reviews and I highly doubt the pills caused some of those "side effects." I believe that the people who complained it was a scam should think about what else they had going on in their life or be honest about how they used the product and whether they followed instructions and also think about what other supplements they might have been taking that when taken with SeroVital may have caused cramping, bloating, etc. These pills aren't going to change your life completely or provide you with a new body like the TV show "Bringing Sexy Back." If you tend to be a negative person, SeroVital is not going to change that, and if you don't want to put in any physical effort with the energy you get from SeroVital, well as Cher said once, "if it came in a bottle everyone would [look like her]."

BUT for those of us who are interested in doing non-invasive things to promote life quality as we age so we can do all the things we have always done, well, SeroVital can be an important component of one's anti-aging arsenal. As with any drug or supplement, just let your doctors know you take it so he or she can monitor you and help keep you healthy and thriving.

I was shocked to see the negative reviews. My husband started taking injections of HGH last year. They were expensive and I hate needles but saw what it solid to him. He lost 30 pounds over 5 months and looks like he’s now my age. I’m 36 and he’s 46, I ordered SeroVital and did the 3-month challenge. By summer my fiancé was down to 156 pounds, and I was close behind at 161 pounds. I started at 210 pounds. Our sex life alone was better than going to the gym. My face tightened up. My eyelashes grew longer to the point where I would get mascara in my eyebrows.

SeroVital is everything that is stated. I have had really good results - one major thing is no water retention in my legs. I experienced weight loss in hard to lose areas, such as my arms. I do believe I have a higher energy level and I'm in my 70's, but don't look like it. THANK YOU SeroVital.

I woke up this morning, realizing that for the first time, I woke up rested and didn't feel like I was 'waking up tired'.

I have taken SeroVital Advanced - taken as directed. I saw some reviews saying they took it all times of days. Instructions have me taking 2 in the morning and 4 at night.

I am sleeping/resting better, and it took me by surprise the other day when a co-worker told me "Something had changed - what have you been doing? Your skin looks great."

I don't know if it's the SeroVital or if I'm just actually more rested for some other reason. All I know is I feel better. All over kind of feel better. And I actually have energy.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I did notice that each one of the negative reviews stated they purchased at Costco. I purchased mine directly. I didn't expect to notice any results for at least 30 days (in time to buy some more), but I have felt something different right away in these three weeks.

Yes, these pills work. First time taking it. Gives me energy. Two months and it shows my skin glowing. I look younger. Lost weight. My target was to lose weight due to diabetes. Now I only take one pill a week because I am already at the target weight I really want, 145 pounds. I still do my fasting at night and don't eat after 8 pm to 8 am. I walk after meals. I don't go to the gym anymore. It really eliminates the fats in your body. I see some negative reviews, maybe they are not doing it right. It's your body, figure out which and what do you need to eliminate. By the way, I am 51 years old and get complimented that I look good as 51. I look like I'm in my 30s. Even my kids give that compliment.

I'm 46 and originally lost 55 pounds in 6-7 months on SerolVital back in 2020.

When I stopped taking it, I also stopped losing weight. I ran, worked out at the gym 5 days a week and couldn’t shed one pound. I put ten pounds back on and realized I need to get back on SV to lose another 25 lbs to reach my ideal weight. I eat right and work out and when I can’t shed any weight doing that, then that is proof this works for me. This might not work for everyone. And if you’re going to still eat donuts on the couch, this might not work for you, and you’re better off forking out the $ for liposuction.

I have recommended to all of my personal friends and coworkers who struggled with weight loss.
