I'm addicted to the Fit Board; it works the upper and lower muscles of the body, gives you as much cardio as you can stand, fits almost anywhere, is carry-able, cute, works your arms, and makes you work up a sweat!

At first, when I started using this twist, and she poured, I had no clue as to where to place my feet. I kept slipping off the board or traveling unintentionally in it. Then I watched the videos on how to place the feet over the grab handles, how to rock back-and-forth on the board, and then actually do some controlled workouts. I was amazed and impressed with the versatility that the board has, and the firmness I am experiencing in my body after just a few days of workouts totaling only 10 or 15 minutes each!

My mother bought the board but she gave up after a few tries, and then she gave it to me. I explored further, and I am so glad she gave me this piece of exercise equipment. It's also so convenient and easy to store.

I am 26 years old and have many different health issues that many wouldn't believe. That being said, I hurt all the time, and I finally started the Simply Fit Board and it feels like its working during and after! I feel everything burning, and with the weights I add with it, even better!

I would definitely recommend it for when you're just stuck inside sometimes and still want to have your full body workout. I plan to keep doing it even along with other workouts!

I asked for and received a Simply Fit Board for Christmas. I am 71 years old and "a little" out of shape, so wasn't sure if it would be for me or not. I have had several bad falls in the past few years and thought it might help with my balance.

I simply love my Simply Fit Board. I'm only up to three minutes every other day, having started using it two weeks ago. Today I used three lb weights with my little workout. My tummy has tightened, I've lost most of the "cottage cheese" in my waistline, and my balance is definitely getting better. I like to use it while watching TV.

This is the most wonderful workout for me because it isn't boring and is fun. I really look forward to adding minutes to my routine. Thanks.

I ordered my board last December 30th, a lime green one. I received a notice that they were out of the green, but I could get a different color and not have to wait. I opted for an orange one.

I received the board around the 15th of January, but ONLY the board. It was to have two DVD's and instructions with it. I called right away, and they said they were having problems with their system and they would get the DVD's and instructions out right away (although I had to call back the next day to complete the transaction because their system was down then). I called back, and they said they were still having problems, but as soon as possible, they would take care of the matter.

It is now February 6th, and I still have nothing. I called in again and am told they will get this in the mail ASAP, but normal shipping takes 7-10 days. I am thoroughly upset with them and wish I could talk to Laurie (from Shark Tank), to let her know how poorly it is run!

It's a terrible product!

It moves all over the place and doesn't stay in one place. One time I went in a full circle! I tried it with a yoga mat, and the yoga mat moves with it. I tried it with a carpet, and it doesn't work either. It doesn't even feel like a workout either.

It is a waste of money; just go to the gym instead.

I absolutely love my Simply Fit Board. I have been using it for two weeks now, and it contributed greatly to my weight loss by simply making me feel better and more active, period. It was a little tricky at first, but I have it down now. And balancing should be a part of anyone's exercise routine.

I belong to gyms as a SilverSneaker. Unfortunately, the gyms are 6-12 miles from my home. Unless I'm in the area, I didn't get to workout. I had open heart surgery in January of 2014 and need to do cardio for heart health.

I haven't done much until I got the Simply Fit Board in January of 2017. I can now do cardio whenever I feel, for as long as I feel, anywhere and anytime. I have a set of weights and exercise in between my work at home. I can choose when to do my cardio throughout the day. I am a beginner, so I can slowly increase my workout regimen.

I've had my Simply Fit Board for quite some time now, and with that being said, while using it today, it cracked. So my question is, will they replace it and has this happened before? And if so, how often and has anything done to correct this problem?

I tried one out. Basically, it's for those that are the too lazy to work their core. You try it on the carpet, and watch it damage the carpet. Try it on a wood floor, and watch it damage the floor, tile or whatever the finish surface is. Many products come out that attract the lazy, not those willing to actually work out. That's what this is. Lol.

The first time I used the Simply Fit Board, it flew across the floor one way, and I flew the other way. I broke both wrists. Nowhere on the pamphlet does it say to use it on a mat or carpet. Maybe that is just common sense (as my husband pointed out to me) but not everyone is so blessed. So if you do purchase this product, please be careful and don't use it while you're home alone.
