I took my son in and the entire visit and scan were pleasant and calm. Our rep Myesha was thorough and knowledgeable and my son can’t wait to get started on his treatment!

Some advice for future users. Start your tray at night, and if your tray is cutting your gums or tongue file it down.

My experience today at SmileDirectClub was amazing, had lots of freebies and gifts to bring home as well as a great associate who practically treated my son my fiance and I like family! Get name was Searcy, and I have to state, how wonderful she was at explaining everything not leaving anything out! How nurturing she was to my wild 2-year-old son! She gave him a coloring book and crayons when he started to get fussy which I greatly appreciated! GIVE THIS BEAUTIFUL SOUL A RAISE! Really quick but thorough process. Very nice people (hi - Natasha G!) who went through everything. After having had Invisalign 10 years ago (lesson learned: wear your retainer!), the process was so easy in comparison. I had a 3D model in front of me straight away.

My interview was with Tiffany. Tiffany was very good at explaining everything to me and to my 8-year-old granddaughter, who had more questions than I had...she answered them all. I received my kit not too long after the interview, maybe about a week. I put them on the next day. It irritated me the first couple of days because I wasn’t used to having them, but I tell you, this within four days I started seeing some changes in my bottom teeth.

Everything was so clean and professional, and Dayana, my rep, was excellent. She explained everything so clearly and made my decision to go with Smile Direct Club for my aligners, so easy! I have nothing but good things to say, and my journey has not been without bumps. I signed up and had my teeth scanned. The people in the Beverly Hills office were professional and friendly. It took a while to get my retainers and the headaches I would get were terrible. But that settled down and after 13 retainers my teeth were not perfect. So I called and they asked for some photos. They approved me to come in, get scanned again (with Yaritza and Cornelious who were both professional and still fun!) and I'm now doing another month (2 retainers) and I will have awesome teeth! The company and product were both easy to use and responsive to my issues/questions. Love that combo!

I went for my scan today and saw Finley in Springfield, MO. She was really great about explaining everything to me and making sure I understood what was going on. She made sure I didn't have any questions before I left as well. I left my phone at home so I was unable to use the gift code I received via email, so when I got home I called customer service. They helped me get that taken care of. So far, everything is going smoothly. Now to wait on my aligners!
