When I first arrived at SmilesDirect I was immediately greeted by friendly people who were professionals and I felt very comfortable. My consultation was performed by a very nice young lady whose name is Tsion. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the company and did an excellent job of scanning my teeth, payment options and teeth whitening. I would recommend this company to friends and family anytime!

I hate dentists and put them just one notch from coroner! That was before SmileDirect! I was floored by the customer service, the professionalism and the various contraptions they had to take a 3D scan! The whole procedure was less than 45 minutes and I am really happy at the price that was quoted and a great discount for full payment. Best of all, I don't have to step foot in that shop again! ONCE AND DONE!

After seeing TV ads for SmileDirectClub, I made an appointment for the Naperville office. I showed up about 15 minutes early but was processed immediately. Hina and Katrina teamed up to complete my visit in the promised half-hour. They explained the procedure thoroughly and answered some questions I had. I used the office visit to avoid having to take impressions at home. Now I just need to wait for the box of materials to be delivered if I am a viable candidate for the teeth straightening program.

The ladies in the Orem, UT office were fantastic. They explained everything very thoroughly and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. They checked my insurance ahead of time and let me know my insurance is the only one that is contracted with them and pays upfront, so my payment would be much less than I expected. I was so pleased! I am paying way less than I paid for my oldest daughter's braces and this daughter won't have to deal with mouth sores and pain. We won't have to leave work and school for appointments, either. I told my sister how much I am paying for braces and she was shocked. She paid $4500.00 for each of her kid's regular braces. I am super happy we are going through SmileDirect for my youngest daughter. I think my husband will be next!

Process was smooth and straight forward. Program lasted about 5.5 months, then wore my retainers for another couple of weeks and now I only wear them at night. I followed everything to a tee and I got the results I wanted and expected. Couldn't have been a smoother process. And with all the brushing and flossing I had to do, the overall health of my teeth is the best it's ever been. I'm glad I became an S.D.C. customer. It's changed my smile completely.

The service was good and professional, listened and answered questions. I felt at first that they expected me to buy but when they educated me on what they do and why I save money by saving on trips to appointments so that’s where you save. The scan was so professionally done and explained the procedure I trusted them. They emphasized on following the directions thoroughly as like going to your visits. I have to say I’d recommend them and seeing my daughter's and coworkers' results they were great.
