Lelani helped me out a lot at my scan! Even though there was an issue with logging into my session, she was able to find a way around it and get my session started. The scan was simple and everything was clearly explained to me, from the scanning process to how to use the teeth whitener. I cannot wait to get in my aligners. I decided to try SmileDirectClub after having braces on twice and not being able to use retainers due to discomfort and cutting my mouth. My teeth had shifted BADLY! My bottom row looked like my teeth were falling out of my mouth. After my first month, they are already up where they belong. I used to be able to stick my tongue out the hole between two of my teeth but not anymore. I am amazed at how fast they are moving. The aligners are so comfortable and it only took a few days to get comfortable speaking with them in.

Tanya, my Smile Guide, has been amazing. I had a problem with one of my aligners and she told me to come in. After checking they did a rescan and are sending me the corrected aligners. No questions asked, just excellent customer service.

I recommend these to everyone who needs their teeth straightened. I do my research and they have the best ratings of all of the lower cost aligners. Very high tech and accurate.

I started my treatment in May 2019 and finished in October 2019. My initial appointment/free scan at the office in Ajax, Ontario, Canada was awesome, very professional, informative and reassuring. My aligners shipped earlier than promised, they came with simple clear instructions, whitening treatments, and a few other goodies/surprises. The aligners were easy to use and no one at my workplace even noticed I was wearing them. Now that my treatment is complete, I am beyond happy with my results as they have exceeded my expectations both in terms of the results of my smile and the service I have received throughout the process. I stopped wearing my retainer this past summer, in May, and have seen some movement back to my old smile.

It was my fault to stop and so I’m back to having a new scan to get my refinement.

Michaela and Katie at the Waco, Texas location were very professional and answered all of my questions. I have worn braces before and have just a little bit of spacing issues to correct.

I was very impressed with their explanations. They handed me an actual replica of the kit and let me hold and look at each item that will be included. The scan process is very impressive. They were able to show me exactly what my teeth looked like on camera and the file that would be sent to the orthodontist assigned to my case.

I am very excited to get started!
