I was very impressed with how quick and painless my 1st visit was and I'm excited to start the road to a happier smile. I was able to make an appointment for after work hours and Yanique, the shop manager, was beyond helpful.

I went to the location in Shreveport and the service was great. The woman who worked with us, Alex, was very friendly and very honest about the product. It was extremely quick and easy and way more affordable than the orthodontist. My daughter has pretty straight teeth, except for her crown, which she got at a young age. The orthodontist told me it was going to be seven thousand dollars to straighten one tooth. If the issue is minor with your teeth than I recommend SmileDirectClub.

It was such an amazing experience, Miss Emma and Miss Kimmy took such good care of me, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. It was such a comfortable experience, I almost felt tempted to stay there! Would recommend, 11/10!

The team at SmileDirect in Henderson are warm and friendly. Jazmine was amazing and took time to answer all of my questions. The procedure was not uncomfortable and very fast. Very much recommend to anyone.

We had a consultation for our 13 years and Brittany and Dorieen were wonderful. My daughter felt comfortable and all our questions were answered. It was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to see the results!

I enjoyed this experience a lot. My smile guide was Heather and she was lovely. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Heather was an excellent conversationalist and made the experience more relaxing. I was at ease throughout my entire stay; I would definitely recommend.

Today I made a life-changing decision and investment with SmileDirectClub on the St. Augustine Rd location. Hakeem was my smile guide, and he was amazing. Extremely personable, knowledgable, and engaging. He made the process while scanning my teeth to fit my aligners comfortable, easy, informational, and also pretty comedic (in a good way). I'm so excited on this decision and glad I came in today, I'm also extremely pleased with Hakeem and I could not have asked for a better experience - I went in pretty sure I was going to go through with it but after talking to and learning from him I was completely sold and I'm beyond excited! Thank you SDC! I'm SO pumped for this confidence booster and all-around improvement in my appearance!

I have been undergoing the aligner process for a while now and the company is always nice, informative, and quick. Recently I visited the SmileShop here in Knoxville, TN, and even though there were some concerns with my account regarding a re-evaluation process, Brittany made sure that everything was fixed and ready to go. I love that I can get a smile I am confident in for a reasonable price and a company that is considerate and not just out for the profit.

I visited 1/29/2020 on the bus! I believe this is the best way because the wait was very short and the visit was more intimate, unlike the storefront. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the bus by the ladies sitting outside. No paperwork! Everything was electronic. The room was clean, organized, and enough space for my husband to come in and sit comfortably with me. Michelle was very polite, thorough, and nice. She told very good care of my concerns. The best part was the good music that was playing.

I made an appointment and Kelsi greeted me with a smile. Kelsi explained everything we needed to know. She made my husband and I comfortable. She answered all our concerns and questions. She made it friendly and fun. She was professional. I highly recommend coming to talk to her if you’re interested in having a better smile!

Today was my first visit to the San Juan, Puerto Rico store and I was greeted and attended by Zunilda, such a wonderful person, warm and so very nice. The place was really nice, clean, and comfortable. She explained the whole process in detail and also made space for my two kids to be present. I am very excited to start my treatment.
