I was always afraid to go to the dentist, BUT this time is very different. Lecille greeted me very nicely, it made me feel comfortable. She introduced every step clearly. After all the procedures, she gave me nice gifts. I am really looking forward to this 6 months journey. Everything was great today. Nice people and perfect location. Lecille is the best!

Very professional and friendly, loved my experience. Kimmy educated me about the procedure and was very accommodating with my appointment time. She was the best. Would most definitely recommend her in the future. I’m very glad I went.

Everyone, especially Janelle, were awesome and I highly recommend them! Very professional and kind personnel.
Made every aspect of my visit very pleasant and inviting. Very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I can't say enough about how great the staff was!

I had my 3D scan today, it was super easy, quick, comfortable and fun. I had Tara helping me out in the room and Nicole helping out with payment plans afterwards. They were both amazing and funny! They answered any and all questions I had and got me pretty excited about my new smile. Thank you for making my first experience with SmileDirectClub perfect.

So originally I went to an appointment with Candid clear aligners but did not feel comfortable with their hyped-up promises and their messy office space, so I made an appointment with SmileDirect and immediately felt a lot more comfortable and confident from the way they conduct themselves, and their clean and organized office. So far I have had a great experience. Chenell made a fantastic first impression, I just pray that it continues to stay that way throughout my entire Smile journey! Not a huge deal but after I left I realized I was supposed to have been given a $25 gift card for Amazon, however, I did not receive one.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted very nicely and politely. Felt like VIP. I have to say the overall experience was quick but very informative. I got all my questions answered. And the ladies were so nice and had so much patience with my two little kids that were with me. I am excited to start my journey with SmileDirectClub.

I walked into the CVS location in Drexel Hill, PA and was immediately greeted and helped by Erica. She was super friendly and professional. Sasha performed my oral scan, explained all the materials involved, and answered any and all questions I had regarding SmileDirectClub. After she was done, Erica came back into the room to make sure everything checked out. I left feeling very confident and excited to start my treatment.

I received a good explanation and 3D scan experience. The site was very clean and well-organized. The process was very fast and comfortable. Cyann was very friendly and kind. Totally, I enjoyed the process and was satisfied with it.

Had my appointment for my scan this morning with Michaela. She was wonderful. Super nice, helpful, and informative with any questions or concerns that I had. Showed me samples. Went over my scans with me. Told me about the process and payment plans, etc. Would recommend for sure.
