When I arrived I received a warm greeting from both associates. We got my temperature check out of the way and hands sanitized for safety (thank you) and shortly after I was escorted to a room. They went over everything I wanted to know and were friendly the whole time, which helped me feel comfortable. The whole process was quick and painless!

The two women I worked with were awesome! My experience since I walked in the door was pleasant and great overall. We were properly greeted and welcomed in. The staff took safety measures by making us sanitize our hands and checking our temperatures. We were also offered a complimentary bottle of water. The staff had the best customer service I’ve experienced in a really long time. They were professional and personable through it all.

I was kind of nervous as I didn't know what to expect but my Smile Guide, Rashidah, was so friendly and warm. She made the whole experience comfortable and also explained to me what SmileDirectClub is all about.

I went to the Houston location (Westheimer Rd). The front desk staff and my SmileDirectStaff, Tanya, were great. Tanya was nice and professional. Assessed my needs and provided me everything I needed to know for the next steps.
Length of Use: 1–2 years

From entering the establishment I was greeted with a friendly smile as they took my temperature. Everyone had an amazing personality that had me smiling and laughing throughout the questionnaire processing. Lucy was especially helpful in taking my impressions. She made me feel very comfortable and safe and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

The consultant was easy, they utilized sophisticated technology and the associate was very well versed and knowledgeable on the product. I was very impressed by her! She was passionate and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend the Downey location.

I went to the club, was treated right away by Anam and everything was explained to me in detail. I also got to see my 3D images which helped me understand how my teeth were going to get fixed!

I went in with my mom and Sasha was just the sweetest person ever. We spent most of the time talking and laughing while making me comfortable enough to take the scans. She was so clear and answered all my questions. My mom and I had a great experience with her. Thank you Sasha!
