Great experience at the Pittsburgh location and helpful personnel
I went to the Pittsburgh location and had a great experience. Autumn was my smile guide. She was lovely and helpful, and really made the visit great. I was in and out much more quickly than I was planning. Autumn took images of my teeth and made a 3D image to send to the 3D printing facility. Everything was put together easily and it was seamless. Thanks Autumn!

Awesome experience
My experience was great, the SmileDirectClub member Megan helped me with any questions I had, she explained everything thoroughly, she was really nice to me, and very helpful. Highly recommend the Oklahoma City location.

They were very nice and welcoming
I loved how gentle they were and helpful, and the place was very clean. They attended to me right away. They asked me simple questions, they were fast and quick, didn’t take too long for a scan.

Convenient and hassle free
Scheduled a Saturday appointment in NOLA. The staff was friendly and professional. Tatyiana was really friendly and comprehensive. I would recommend SDC to everyone.

They are always there to help you and answer questions. You will enjoy your new smile, all it takes is some work on your part. Wear the aligners as scheduled. You will be glad you did. I wear my retainers at night only now. Thank you SmileDirectClub.

My name is C.C. and I am giving this feedback. My appointment went fantastic. Roberto was a perfect representative for the company, I give him 10 out of 10. I would recommend this to family and friends. The pricing is great, you have two options - paying the full amount or monthly payments. SmileDirect is a company that I enjoy establishing with and once again I would recommend it to family and friends. I also enjoy the convenience of the pop-up locations.
