Meet with Myriam at the Three Chopt location inside of CVS Richmond, VA. Myriam was very knowledgeable, very attentive and explain the process thoroughly. I was impressed with the entire experience and very excited for my journey.

Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in having a perfectly white smile. They made me feel comfortable and good about the care they provided today. Everything was explained and demonstrated in perfect detail.

Megan really took the awkwardness out of looking at teeth that aren’t straight. It’s weird having someone in your mouth when you aren’t really comfortable with your teeth. She didn’t make me feel bad. She was amazing at explaining the smile direct process and discussing my journey with the aligners. She and her manager Brittany made sure I left the building informed and excited. Thank you guys for the amazing visit.

Went smooth. The two were friendly, informative, knowledgeable and gentle with the screening tools. A+ experience! I would refer everyone I know. The fitting was also gentle and painless.

This location is very nice. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was offered bottled water. Samantha then came to the front to get me started for my scan. She did a really good job going over the whole process which made me feel at ease. She was very friendly and polite and knowledgable of the aligners and how it works. Would definitely recommend!

I went to have my initial consultation done at the smile shop on 125th St in Harlem on 8/12/2019. I was immediately greeted and made to feel very welcome. After a short wait, I met with my smile guide, Samantha. She was incredibly professional and made the experience great. She answered all of my questions and covered all the bases when it came to understanding the process. Talking with her was like talking with a long-time friend. The smile shop manager was also very welcoming. I can’t wait to begin my smile journey!

My experience with SmileDirectClub has been wonderful! They were more than willing to answer any questions I had and helped inform me of everything I’ll need to know. I don’t know his title but the "dental tech" Ray was incredible and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
