My review is solely based on my initial consultation done at the SmileBus. I arrived early and they promptly accommodated me for my appointment. Tasia was fantastic and answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. The process was well explained and seems very easy to achieve results. The 3D imaging is incredible with zero discomfort. Outstanding customer service at the SmileBus in KC. If you are considering SmileDirectClub, I would recommend visiting with them in-person to have all concerns addressed and obtain the 3D imaging for your molds.

Megan really took the awkwardness out of looking at teeth that aren’t straight. It’s weird having someone in your mouth when you aren’t really comfortable with your teeth. She didn’t make me feel bad. She was amazing at explaining the smile direct process and discussing my journey with the aligners. She and her manager Brittany made sure I left the building informed and excited. Thank you guys for the amazing visit.

This location is very nice. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was offered bottled water. Samantha then came to the front to get me started for my scan. She did a really good job going over the whole process which made me feel at ease. She was very friendly and polite and knowledgable of the aligners and how it works. Would definitely recommend!

I went to have my initial consultation done at the smile shop on 125th St in Harlem on 8/12/2019. I was immediately greeted and made to feel very welcome. After a short wait, I met with my smile guide, Samantha. She was incredibly professional and made the experience great. She answered all of my questions and covered all the bases when it came to understanding the process. Talking with her was like talking with a long-time friend. The smile shop manager was also very welcoming. I can’t wait to begin my smile journey!
