I'm happy. I bought the kit, did they impressions and mailed them back. One to two weeks later I got an email back letting me know I was approved. I signed some papers, and now I'm five months out of six months in. Teeth are looking good. No issues. Super happy. I didn't need braces and no one could tell.

I was immediately taken into an exam room where my 3D impressions were visibly scanned for me to see. Staff demonstrated a sample box and what would be inside. The idea of not going to the dentist to get your teeth fixed was just crazy to me. Having braces in the past, I thought that was the only way to go. Smile Direct Club is a great company and I love the idea of the smile shops where you can get your 3D scans done fast and easy! So I keep seeing reviews everywhere from people who straight up say they haven't tried SDC, but "don't think it would work" or "doesn't think it's a good thing to do." That's not what a review is about. I went through a year with SDC and I am so thankful I took the leap. I finished my last retainer about six months ago and my teeth are perfect now!

There were minimal bumps in the process, and when I told them I wanted something about my teeth fixed, they fixed it! Their smile shops are the best, so if you have one in your area you can travel to, I highly recommend going there instead of doing an impression kit. I started my journey with at home molds and it worked. The smile shops are just so much easier and convenient. You get free things there too. If you're iffy about doing this, just do it. They are seriously some of the nicest customer service people I have ever met. Check out YouTube videos! It's a real process, it's not a scam, and it works.

Going on to SmileDirect I was kinda nervous as to what they would say about my teeth, but the reality of that was pleasant and I loved every minute. And with help of a beautiful staff member named Brooke everything came to my liking and very easy and painless. I'm going to love my new smile!

I just got my free scan appointment today, the team is happy friendly, very comfortable environment and meet my/customers' needs. The ad can be a bit confusing but they aren't pushing you into anything, you make your own decisions, everything comes with it except invisible aligners which are expensive. I didn't get the treatment plan right away because of my other dentist but enjoy their service overall. Would love to consider and refer them near future depends on my financial situation, not going anywhere.
