I haven't received the book that I've ordered. It's coming in three weeks and class starts next week.

It was stated I would have it in three to seven days.

So I can't reach anyone by any of the phone numbers that are listed. When trying to track it, the tracking numbers come back as not a good number to be tracked.

If this is how they do business with others, I really don't appreciate being part of their business. Also, to get a refund is a joke too.

I found a cute shop selling anime pins and buttons. Put in an order for one and heard nothing from the seller. After a week sent an email to them asking when it would ship. No reply. Opened a claim with PayPal, now escalated to a dispute and still the seller hasn't replied. They must have abandoned the store or something and I don't get why Storenvy wouldn't have picked up on that sooner and deleted the store. Oh well, I guess my experience is another "bought something and never received it" one.

After reading the previous reviews I'm embarrassed to say I'm going thru the same thing I ordered and item Monday March 24 took my money that day received a electronic receipt and then a WEEK later got an email saying it was shipped with tracking number and everything but the dang on tracking number did not work and it's about to be a week since that and two weeks since I ordered.

I'm still waiting but I'm extremely disappointed THUS FAR

I got an email from this company "welcoming me" to my new account which I never signed up for. I looked high and low for customer support number - NONE. Then I tried repeatedly to use their email form which just keep freezing up and telling me that my email had not been "posted" whatever that means. So of course I am worried about phishing and no one to talk to... what terrible, terrible customer service. How about a phone number on the website at least?

This has been a nightmare. I ordered luminaries for my daughter's wedding and still haven't received them. I was given a tracking number but my items still haven't shipped. I have contacted Sarah Sewell several times; the first time she said they would be here by Wednesday but she didn't give my a new tracking number.

The rest of my emails she hasn't responded to. This is a total scam and I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. I'm so angry. How do I contact Storenvy.

They are a scam, don't buy anything from this store. I purchased an item from someone on this website, and now Storenvy telling me that sorry that guy was a scam, but we can't give you a refund, do not trust them.

Ordered a dress from "Girlfriend Prom Dress" a site on storenvy.com. Dress was horrible, crooked hem, wrong color too short and very poorly made. Paid over $200.00 for the monstrosity. Tried to get a hold of the Girlfriend Prom Dress store, no response. Tried to get a hold of storenvy.com, no response. Do not buy from either of these sites, total scams.

I have purchased a couple of items from Storenvy.com through an independent seller (Bagjunki) and I never had a problem. The invoice of my payment was sent on time, my purchase usually arrives less than a week from its posted that it has been shipped and I'm also sent an email to rate the customer service of my purchase. I enjoy shopping there and plan on selling my crafts on there as well. The seller/merchant is not the marketplace host, there is a difference.

Ordered an expensive stuffed Pokemon character in mid November for my son. Hoped to have as a Christmas gift for him. It's now January and not even a fake tracking number?

Storenvy is absolutely a scam. Never order anything on this site. I ordered some really expensive Uggs, and never received my product or money. The store owner name was Britt Turner. She was very shady. She stopped answering my emails, and never gave me a tracking number.

My son, who is currently deployed, ordered a candle for my birthday and had it shipped to my address. I opened it today only to find, when I removed the paper cover, the candle has already be used. It was burnt, dirty, and had a price tag on the bottom as if they took it off display and just shoved it in some bubble wrap and put it in a box. It didn't even come in anything. Based on the packing slip, I can only see that it says Storenvy Pop Up Shop. I feel bad for my son who was trying to do something nice for his mother when he is so far away. I would never recommend this site on a bet to anyone.
