I had tried other probiotics due to some digestive issues and gas. I realize the importance of good gut health. Even though I have researched probiotics, I found it difficult to even experience consistent results from the same formula from prior over the counter purchases. I have found significant relief of my digestive/gas issues with Synbiotic 365 after about a month or more of taking it. I appreciate the packaging in keeping each pill fresh. I particularly also appreciate that Synbiotic 365 includes folic acid and B vitamins (which my doctor advises me to take) as now I no longer have to take these vitamins separately. I feel more energized. I highly recommend this product - it really performs well!
