It took about two weeks or so, but I could SEE the product working. I took one every morning with a cup of water and I do believe it cleaned my system out and put me on a very regular schedule!

I have been having problems with my digestive system for years. My body wasn't digesting food properly and because of that, I haven't felt well for some time. I was always tired and felt sluggish and there was like a fog over my brain. I couldn't eat very much because I would feel bloated. I was experiencing constipation most of the time. Prior to using Synbiotic 365, I was constantly in search of the nearest washroom when I would be in public places. Anywhere I went, that was the first thing I would look for. When I received my first batch or Synbiotic 365 I was so happy that I found something organic that I could take that would help me lose weight and give me energy. I started taking them and at first, I couldn't tell if anything was happening. Came across this product via Facebook and thought it might be too good to be true. But I decided to give it a shot as I was desperate. I have had tummy troubles since I was 18. But just in the last 4 years, they have gotten progressively worse - many trips to the ER and a case of acute pancreatitis. I have tracers that indicate I might have an autoimmune disorder, however, went to a horrible specialist who did not believe that it was autoimmune. So back to helping myself since no doctor wanted to help me. I tried this medication and it took a whole month for my system to get to "normal". I had bouts of intense diarrhea (one of the symptoms of this probiotic) and contacted the company and they said it was normal. I thought I was dying, but hung in and it did finally go away. While on this medication I did change my diet. I took out all dairy (I am lactose intolerant but would eat goat and sheep milk cheese), gluten, and eventually refined sugar. I feel so good now and haven't had any stomach pains or acute pancreatitis attacks. I will continue to take the probiotic because I feel so much better!

My daughter and I have been using Synbiotic 365 for a couple of months. Since I've been taking it I have been able to stop taking my acid reflux medication.
