I have had a full esophagectomy and lost part of my stomach as well as my esophagus. Digestion has been a serious problem for me. I have not been able to hold my food long enough to get the nutrients necessary to keep me in balance. Synbiotic 365 has changed my life in so many ways. I viewed the video BEG not to eat this vegetable I think...Then ordered the product on promotion for $119 for a three-month supply.

I began taking it on 2/17/2019. I noticed the difference in lack of sugar, carb cravings by 3 pm on the very first day! I was astonished!

So, I thought perhaps it was too soon to see such drastic results the very first day, so I began to write down everything I ate. I can only eat about 1000 to 1200 calories per day and only crave healthy foods, which I already loved...like oatmeal, Greek yogurt, Avocado, green salads, chicken, fish, fruits, soups, 1/2 sandwich, small bites of bread, like three bites totally satiate my desire.

This helped stabilize digestion and avoid getting ill when traveling due to gut health. My household has tried and taken other brands, but this one seems to work well and be balanced enough to stabilize GI health.
