I watched a video online about Synbiotic 365. I never believe a product is as good as they say. But I was so uncomfortable with my IBS I decided it was worth a try, and the price was not too bad. I started taking it and was surprised that it worked faster than I expected. It has taken care of close to 90% of my issues. Heartburn is gone! I tried the Synbiotic 365 capsules because I've had terrible acid reflux for years. Even taking Prilosec daily wasn't controlling it. The sealed blister pack filled w nitrogen appealed to me, as these yeast cells are living organisms. They even have a healthy odor when I open the blister pack. Next step is to reduce Prilosec and eventually eliminate it. The healthier my gut is, the better for all my aches and pains from my autoimmune diseases.

I have used several probiotics over the years for IBS (ok but surely not conclusive). My gut bacteria was ruined several years ago after a doctor had me on an antibiotic for over a year related to periodontal issues. I have re-established good gut bacteria using top quality liquid yogurts. Since using Synbiotic 365 (on my second 3-month order), I have experienced outstanding results and an extremely high level of satisfaction and comfort. I still use the liquid yogurt, but I believe I no longer need that with Synbiotic 365. Thank you very much for this quality product!
