I have been a nurse practitioner for 20 years and am very open to integrating alternative medicine with western medicine. Personally, I have suffered from GI issues, which include bloating and diarrhea. I couldn’t go out to eat and order a salad without rushing home in order to get to the bathroom. I take a Synbiotic 365 capsule every day first thing in the morning as per instructions with a glass of water. I have been on the regime for 3 months and have seen a difference in my digestive health. I know from experience the importance of healthy habits. I saw this advertised and was immediately drawn to it, as my son was having digestive issues at the time. I decided to take a chance and ordered a 3-month supply. One for myself, I gave one to my son and one to my sister. This review is based on my son's experience so far with United Naturals. He has Celiac disease that has not been managed simply by removing gluten from his diet. He is in high school and I am still in charge of most of what he eats - so have tried a variety of eliminations to see what works best. When it seemed like even grain-free/gluten-free/dairy-free still left him with numerous stomach aches and diarrhea, I decided to look at supplements.

As he has only done "one round" (3 boxes) of Synbiotic 365, and has not been as diligent each day about taking them, we have decided to order another round. This is because since he started taking the supplements - not instantly, but shortly thereafter, we have noticed less complaints about stomach issues. He reports that overall, his pain and discomfort has been reduced, and his energy seems high (he's an athlete and has intense physical demands).

We have decided that we didn't want to risk the stomach aches coming back - so we'd order another round, be more diligent regarding regular dosage, and see how he feels.

Diverticulitis is something that I have had it for probably six-seven years now. I use herbs to help keep my stomach from getting upset and having an attack which will double me over.
