I ran out of the Synbiotic 365 a couple of days ago. The first thing I noticed was last night I had indigestion and slight heartburn. I didn't experience any of that while taking the Synbiotic 365. I am waiting for my next order to come in.

I have had a full esophagectomy and lost part of my stomach as well as my esophagus. Digestion has been a serious problem for me. I had been suffering with the leaky gut issue for about 6 months before taking this product. I was miserable. I was not able to eat after the afternoon due to if I did at evening, I was into the bathroom within a half hour, was up at night for 4-6 hours with continual trips to the bathroom, going thru rolls of toilet tissue, bottles of Immodium and Pepto-Bismol, with no lasting results. Also, was so tired from lack of sleep at night. It only took three days with this magic pill to stop my problem. I am at the end of month 2 with still consistent results from this formula. I have had an excellent experience with Synbiotic 365. I have depression and fibromyalgia, along with Thalassemia and a generally low immune system. On day 16, I started having disaster pants, brutal diarrhea, stomach cramping, stomach noises, etc. Thought I had food poisoning, but no. Didn't make the connection to 365 until I stopped eating and fasted for 3 days to figure out what the problem was. Finally stopped taking this product and at least I wasn't running to the bathroom every 1.5 hours including overnight, ejecting nearly whole foods ingested. It has taken months to get back my regularity. This product is NOT for everyone. NOTE: The above causes extreme dehydration, along with the other problems.

When I first saw the advertisement for Synbiotic 365 I was very skeptical but the research I read on the product was very well done so I took the chance. Initially, during the first 30 days, I noticed and felt some changes in my GI tract. My weight at that time was about 230 lbs on my six foot frame. Over the second month, I began to lose weight and by month three I began to feel more energetic and was doing more and eating less. It has been almost 90 days since I have been on Synbiotic 365 and my weight is now 210. More importantly, as a 72-year-old, I found the energy to do even more in my active retirement.
