Not to be too graphic, but I have suffered from constipation for most of my life. I had gotten relief from it.

I have been taking Synbiotic 365 for about a month now and have noticed a definite improvement in my gut health. This was my ultimate goal, and I can say without hesitation that my overall health has improved.

I saw this product online, Synbiotic 365, and I then watched the video. The four things that this product is supposed to do is get rid of the bad bacteria in your gut, help you crave less for unhealthy food, and even cause weight loss and give you more energy. I have been taken the pills for two weeks. My stomach feels fine, and my stomach feels better. It has cut down on my cravings to the point that I actually am eating salad for breakfast. I have lost several pounds. I want to continue with these pills and see if my cravings for healthy food continue with clearing out the bad flora in my digestive system and continuing to lose weight.

When I watched the original video on Synbiotic 365, I found it interesting there were as many dietary supplements in this tablet. I found that it did improve my sleep, I awaken after about 4 days of taking the capsule every morning first thing with a glass of cold water, and felt rested, and thought this was one of the benefits of the Synbiotic 365. I continued to be sure that I did take this every morning and over the month (one box). I no longer felt bloated, and found that my stomach was flatter. Being on that weighted weekly I found that over the month, I had lost 3 pounds. That might not seem like a lot to you but, over four weeks I felt like was impressive. I do contribute the loss of weight to Synbiotic 365. I also found that my energy level had increased and I felt like doing more, that I had been in the weeks before.

When I ran out I researched the Probiotic Blend listed on the packaging, thinking maybe I could find another Probiotic in a local store, and found that there were many Probiotic's on the market, but none that compared to the blend in the Synbiotic 365, none of the others compared. I have been using Synbiotic 365 for 90 days. I just reordered for another 90 days. Suffering from fibromyalgia with chronic myofascial pain comes with IBS issues. Which means it is usually constipation or diarrhea for me. Since using Synbiotic 365, I have had a great improvement in digestive issues, to almost normal. I had been suffering with the leaky gut issue for about 6 months before taking this product. I was miserable. I was not able to eat after the afternoon due to if I did at evening, I was into the bathroom within a half hour, was up at night for 4-6 hours with continual trips to the bathroom, going thru rolls of toilet tissue, bottles of Immodium and Pepto-Bismol, with no lasting results. Also, was so tired from lack of sleep at night. It only took three days with this magic pill to stop my problem. I am at the end of month 2 with still consistent results from this formula. This helped stabilize digestion and avoid getting ill when traveling due to gut health. My household has tried and taken other brands, but this one seems to work well and be balanced enough to stabilize GI health.
