I have had tummy upset issues for more than a year. May have started with food poisoning, job burnout or stress, or all of the above. I never have gas and that is unusual, my stomach always hurt just as unusual. If I had a bowel movement once a week I was lucky. It was not because I do not eat that is for sure.

Synbiotic 365 has been a lifesaver for me! For some reason, I had an unexplained stomach problem. Along with really bad heartburn and indigestion. It would happen every day for the past few years.
