Heartburn is gone! I tried the Synbiotic 365 capsules because I've had terrible acid reflux for years. Even taking Prilosec daily wasn't controlling it. The sealed blister pack filled w nitrogen appealed to me, as these yeast cells are living organisms. They even have a healthy odor when I open the blister pack. Next step is to reduce Prilosec and eventually eliminate it. The healthier my gut is, the better for all my aches and pains from my autoimmune diseases.

I’ve tried many probiotics, but these are by far the best ever! I’ve had digestive problems since I was a teen, stomach pain, indigestion, and constipation. I had a lot of indigestion and mucous in my throat. Sometimes my food would get stuck on the way to my stomach and I would have to cough it up. I have less digestive issues when I take. I have a history of acidity, and this prevents the acid reflux symptoms. I don’t wake up in the night with acid reflux, so I sleep better. I also think I have more energy when I take.

After two bouts with cancer and chemo, my health is generally poor.

Mainly I have been annoyed with the lack of energy, chemo brain, the painful neuropathy, and the knees!

I started Synbiotic 365 about 50 days ago. I thought I'd been resurrected on day 2. I don't know how it can get better - but it just needs to stay as good as it is now for me to die with the box clutched in my hands. I think maybe 80 could be okay.
