Before I started taking Synbiotic 365, I was in a deep state of depression. I had feelings of despair, worthlessness, no hope for my life, and thoughts of suicide. I stayed in bed all day watching Netflix, not eating and drinking alcohol. My family wanted to put me on antidepressants, but intuitively I knew that wouldn’t work for me. It all made sense and I had nothing to lose at this point...except my life. I decided to try it.
It didn’t work right away for me like some users claimed it did for them, but I didn’t expect it to. The human body takes time to adjust to new things; and everyone is different. After about three weeks, I started to notice that I was feeling a little better...it did require eating better as well.
