I ordered a coat and received a flimsy hooded t-shirt. I experience no returned communication in relation to this issue. Don't purchase anything from this company.

I ordered a dress for a wedding (I am MOB) and it arrived after 3 weeks. It was too small and the return policy said two weeks on returns. I contacted them via email since nothing was enclosed in the DHL packaging about returns. They said, “Sorry, no returns!” I argued that they said they had a 2 week return policy and since the dress was $150 (long gown for wedding), I really wanted to return it. They eventually told me I could return it at my own expense and they would give me $40 US dollars for a credit towards something else. The cost of shipping it back to China would be $42 anyway, so what's the point? Do not order anything forom them.

Each time I sign in I have to reset my password. When trying to reach Customer Service, the email address is invalid. So I'm not ordering any additional items. I'm concerned about the validity of the site. Plus, shortly after ordering the first time my identity was stolen. Not sure if there is a connection but I'm careful about online and took a chance with this site. Worried it is not a coincidence.

This is a complete and utter SCAM! Do not waste your time or your money with this company.

I ordered several dresses using their sizing chart which was WILDLY inaccurate. Due to that, I ended up having to return everything. What they don't tell you on their site is that you have to ship it all back to China which will cost more than you paid for the actual items and they will NOT refund your shipping. Then after waiting TWO MONTHS you contact them wondering where your refund for the returned items is and they act as if it never arrived DESPITE the fact that you provide them with a USPS tracking number.

They REFUSE to refund your money and because the USPS shows it was delivered the postal service will not pay out the insurance you purchased when initially shipping the items back. It is a HUGE waste of time and money and their customer service is the absolute WORST EVER. Save yourself and shop somewhere else.

my wife and I were excited to place an order on TBdress website. First of all, the promotion said free shipping for orders more than $70 but we spent nearly $200 but were still charged shipping. Secondly, nearly two months later, we still haven't received our purchases. On their website it did say that our order was dispatched and awaiting receipt but when I finally called and spoke to someone after many attempts and unanswered emails, someone apologized saying my order had not been shipped and would be shipped that day. I asked for a refund and the phone mysteriously went silent. It's been a horrible experience.

TBDress emailed me again this morning asking for more photos, this has been going on for the past week. I have sent 9 photos; sent and resent. There is no dubiety that they sent a grey duffle coat, not a yellow dress as I ordered, however they are refusing to honor anything relating to trading standards. I urge you not to shop here. Check the internet before you do, I'm not the only person who has suffered this.

Look at how a high risk of scamming you they are on the internet, search this. They are apparently very high.

I have found other means of having my money refunded and having this investigated. Don't forget section 75 protection.

Section 75 is fantastic protection. It means if you order something and if the retailer goes kaput, you can still claim your money back from the credit card provider (even if you've since closed your credit card account).

Section 75 applies to most, but not all, credit card agreements. Credit cards are the main area covered, but the law also applies to store cards, store installment credit and some car finance agreements (though not hire purchase).

Plus, even if the problem is just non-delivery or faulty goods, you have exactly the same rights from the credit provider as from the retailer, flight company or supplier.

So if you're buying something or ordering tickets or flights worth more than £100, pay for some or all of it on a credit card to ensure you're protected. Though keep your receipts as well as your card statement to make it easier.

It's worth remembering that sometimes you might not be able to protect yourself, for example if you pay a monthly fee of less than £100 to a company that goes into administration.

Anyway, I've been blocked from their FB page for posting my views, so happy shopping elsewhere everyone.

This company is an absolute nightmare. I have ordered 2 items however it's been more than 3 weeks and I have not received any. I have emailed them twice but no reply. I have called them but no one picks up the phone. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I am coming to conclusion that I might never receive my items and probably have lost my money. My strong recommendation is that do not order from TBDress. Save your time and money. You will be happy (not frustrated like me).

This was an expensive way to learn a lesson about shopping online from an unknown company. The dress I received was not meant to fit any normal body, the proportions are way off. The email address given on the website doesn't work and there is no address to return the item to anywhere. What a scam!

I ordered 6 items and I am so disappointed with what I received. The fabric appeared to be used and the actual clothes are totally different than what is in the photos! I think they're bad quality. I will never order again.

I got only half of my order. Customer service doesn't even speak English! It's bad quality. You have to pay for the shipping if you don't like it. Don't buy it !
