First of all, take note. They are in China. I teased with a coworker the shoes I ordered were coming on a slow boat from China, but I was correct. I ordered shoes...waiting for two weeks while the email said they had shipped. I contacted them and they said to be patient, it takes up to three weeks. And then my order was canceled without my permission. I don't know why, but they totally suck, and I feel like it may be some type of scam to get credit card numbers. We shall see if I have any weird charges. DO NOT USE.

This company is out of China and does not provide the quality as shown on their website. One of the dresses I received was completely see-through and the other was two sizes too big than what I ordered.

They refused to allow me to return or exchange the dresses. I tried to mail the dresses back, and the postage was over $70 to send to China. DO NOT purchase from these people as they state all dresses are non-returnable.

I ordered a special occasion gown from this business as I was in panic mode about my son's wedding. I paid for faster shipment so I can have it in a week since it says 3-8 business days. I took a risk then, but since September 29, when I ordered, my account shows preparing...until now.

I canceled on October 1st here, Monday via phone, no answer. I sent a couple of messages, and I found out they are having a long holiday! Why did they not put that notice when I was ordering?!

Then they were saying it's past 72 hours and they have customized the order?! How can they do that when they were on a long holiday?

SCAM!

The dresses arrived late, didn't fit, and they will not issue a refund. The website advertises easy returns, but when I requested one, they informed me of how difficult it is to send back to China, and they can only give me a 40% refund. I have emailed numerous times, and most of the responses are the same thing, avoiding the questions, or stating the loss for them if they do the return, despite what their return policy states. I even copied and pasted their return policy, as well as a photo of it, and the response is still the same. After nine emails, and even uploading unnecessary photos of the dresses (per their request), they spoke to a manager and offered a 50% refund. That is not what their return policy states.

Shipping is slow. Takes a week to even get items ready to ship. I was going to cancel the order because of the long shipping times but changed my mind and still wanted the order. They still canceled my order, and now have to wait 14 days to get a refund. No phone number available for this company. Buyer beware!

TBdress, on your review and opinion area, you state no foul language. However, your customer service is terrible and no one emails you back, and there is no one to take action for a return. I have asked 5 times for a return tag and no answer. I will post everywhere that no one has provided any help. Your clothes are not of the quality that one would expect.

I ordered a pair of pants on 09/26/2018 and today is 10/25/2018 (one month), and I never received my order. It states it was shipped out, no tracking number, and I tried contacting customer care with my confirmation number they DON'T have a toll free number, just SUPPOSEDLY a live rep that stated she couldn't tell me anything about my personal order, just the company policy. PLEASE, do not order from them! They are thieves and scammers, and you will not receive your items!

I ordered a dress from the site. I wanted to return it because the embroidery is not fully attached as in the photo and it is too small and long. The order must be returned within 7 days. However, you have to contact them to get the address. They refuse to send the address, their phone number does not work, and they claim if it's too small you can only exchange, but again it takes 3 days for them to reply, and their phone number does not work. So 3 days have passed and still no address to return or even exchange. The Live Chat will not give you the address. Do NOT trust this company! And the website lies, saying "you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt (for wedding dresses and special occasion dresses within 7 calendar days)." But now they are not giving me an address and not responding.

I ordered a dress that said "In Stock." First, I should have been tipped off that the shipping was more than 25% of the item I was buying, but it was so cheap I hit purchase anyhow. Then a day later they said they didn't have my dress and offered a refund or an exchange in dresses option. I chose refund. The refund I got was about 70 cents short of what I originally was charged. After mentioning this on their email string to them, they said I was fully refunded on their end, and it must be a charge from my bank...FALSE! It's a scam business.

I ordered a coat, paid extra for shipping. I have not received the coat nor a response from them. I have emailed them numerous times with no reply. Save your money. Do not order from them!
