The absolute worst company out there! Direct from China. Horrible synthetic fabrics with equally horrible toxic fume smell! Customer service is a joke online and refuses to give a full refund.

Never ever purchase anything from this scam company. Many complaints on BBB also. They have managed to hide bad Google reviews.

This is the worst. You will deeply regret your impulse purchase online! Do not fall for the advertising photos of supposedly cute outfits. It's a fraud! They come to you in hideous reality. They are scammers and fraudulent with false advertising and fake Google reviews. Never click on add to cart, it will result in add to theft.

Do not order anything from this website, it is a total rip-off. The only thing you will get is your money stolen from you! That's what happened to me. I wish I had read all the feedback before I fell for their tricks!

I ordered a coat and paid for expedited shipping (2-5 days) and did not receive my coat within that timeframe. When I email customer service for a refund of the extra shipping costs, they refused.

TBdress is the most useless clothing company I ever ordered from in my whole entire life! The quality is crap. The customer service is crap. Everything is crap. You email them and they don't email you back. You text them and they don't text you back. They tell you that you can return everything with the return slip, that is a bunch of bull. The shipping is so expensive, and then on top of the shipping, when the stuff comes, they make you pay duties $40 worth of duties. I paid $42.39 for shipping, and then I have to pay for each separate item, $30 each for each separate item. They use DHL, and it's uselessly useless.

My advice: never order from TBdress, use your money to order from a good quality website. Why did I waste my time? Never again am I ordering from these cheap Chinese cheapskates EVER AGAIN!

I'm very disappointed with this company. This is not the first time that I ordered from this company and there is always the same problem of not having some items. If you don't have the item, why advertise then on the site? They get our money first and then tell us they don't have it, to change it for another item, but three weeks later they tell us they don't have that item either. It's not acceptable.

I also purchase two items from TBdress, neither one of them looks like the outfits on their website. The blouse does not fit and looks like a choir gown and the jumpsuit is too small/short and it is not the same.

The product and quality of the materials are very very poor...This company is very misleading and a rip-off, do not waste your time and money...Do not order any products from TBdress, they are a bunch of thieves. I've learned my lesson. I sent them my complaint and no one has responded. I am heading out to the Post Office to send them back their items...

This was my first shopping experience with an Asian company. I purchased 12 things. Ranging from a few necklaces, tops, cardigan, dresses, and Halloween costumes for kids.

I did not receive everything in one package so was worried about that. When I emailed them, they replied quickly and told me to give it one more week, just in case. And true enough, everything has been received.

Now that everything has been received, I'd say about 50 percent of the items are as shown/described/sizes: I bought a retro floral 50s/60s fun dress: stretchy comfortable material, flattering, I love it. A long sleeve shirt I really love, the cardigan - while more for dressing up vs keeping warm, is still nice, Necklaces are exactly as shown, Halloween costumes for the kids were as well. The only things I will 100% avoid purchasing is anything that says falbala or chiffon, these items all look very cheaply made, will likely never be worn :(

SO this is why I say it's about a 60/40 percent chance the item will arrive as expected.

When I complained through the HighYa site Tbdress agreed to compensate me by $12. It still ended up costing me above $13 including bank commissions and exchange rate disadvantage.

However, I appreciate the care of this company for the concerns of its customers and some relief at the end.

I placed several orders, one on Feb 22nd and one on March 1st, I haven't received either. When I tried checking the order numbers, it says my order number and email don't exsist. Please look into this situation.
