I'm not able to fully judge the quality of the item I ordered because I never received it. I placed an order on April 8, 2017. As of May 13, 2017, I have still never received my package.

I tried contacting customer service near the end of April to check the status, and I was told to "just wait." Since April 12, 2017, my package was at the pre-shipment stage on USPS tracking (it still is, by the way). It was hard trying to get an estimated delivery date out of these people. I was told everything from April 20 to April 28, to April 30. Eventually, I got sick of the runaround and asked if my order was not received by April 30, would I be able to receive a refund? I was explicitly told by their customer service team that this would be acceptable.

Come May 1, 2017 (yes, I stupidly gave them an additional day), my order was still in pre-shipment. I requested a refund. Again, I was told to "just wait." They were completely unwilling to issue a refund for this package that was so obviously lost in shipment. They said that it would "eventually be delivered by the post office." I linked the USPS tracking page, to which they responded: "deliver by POST OFFICE." And that is when I knew what kind of people I was dealing with because any person with common sense knows that post office = USPS (United States Postal Service). Customer service is rude, disrespectful (I told them I'd be filing a dispute with PayPal, and they responded "ok, go ahead"), and 100% unhelpful.

So yeah, trying to get a refund out of this company is next to impossible without outside help. Thank goodness for PayPal Buyer Protection. Without it, I suspect I'd never receive a credit for the item I did not receive. A shame too. I read the reviews for the product, and I really wanted to wear it. I will never order from TBdress again.

This is a very unprofessional, misleading company. I needed to return 2 of the 3 dresses I purchased, only to find out after many unanswered phone calls (they ARE actually located in China and you have to pay international fees to talk to them), I will be reimbursed only 50% which is not mentioned on their site.

There was no supervisor to talk to and even to get a return address was a very long process. The only dress I kept had a broken zipper that cost me half of the price I paid for the dress, they refused to cover the expense. It took 3 months to have money reimbursed, horrible service, horrible company. Look up Better Business Bureau for their review, many people had the same experience.

On June 2nd I saw a dress on the TBdress website, and I send them an email enquiring that if I order it how long would it take for shipping. They told me that they are in the United States and it will take 5-10 days max to ship it to Canada.

So I got stupid and ordered a dress from TBdress website for $130 USD.

I wanted to have the dress for my prom, which was on June 20th. So by June 16th (which was two weeks after my order) I got anxious and emailed them. Someone called "Amanda" answered saying that the dress is about to get ready and once it is ready they will ship it. I said what? It is over two weeks since I made the payment through PayPal and you haven't shipped it yet?

So long story short, today is June 30th, and I still have not received anything from them. The person who replied my email has very poor English, and you can know they are not based in America. TBdress is a FAKE Chinese website, and their only purpose is to take people's money. Once you pay them, then you are out of luck.

Now I am struggling to get my refund as their last email indicates that they have not sent any dress yet.

I ordered a dress and got the wrong size. I was instructed to ship the dress back to China. They got the dress back but never refunded a penny. I had to spend $35.00 on shipping on top of a dress I don't even have anymore.

Bad experience. I lost my money (over $100). I bought a dress, bad quality, and would like to return the dress, so they send me the option 1) to regifted, 2) to exchange (but I have to pay for shipping), or 3) they are going to give me only 40% of my money back.

Customer service is horrible, not getting back to you in days, everything so secretive. Having an office in Los Angeles and with no phone number? This so insane.

I am terrified how they are making money on people. I wish I could stop each person who orders stuff from them.

I ordered a jumpsuit about three weeks ago and never received it. They even took my money but never posted it back to my card. The first two times they sent my things, and it was quick. This time they took my money. Scam artists. Never again.

I ordered three gowns from TBdress a few months ago, since I'm getting married in August. I live in Canada in the summer and had my order sent to Minnesota to pick it up. When I got to my friend's house, I discovered that three gowns were sent, but they were three identical gowns, not three different ones as I had ordered. The gown I received did not seem of very high quality, but my primary reason to return it is that it did not fit properly and really could not be easily altered because of the type of fabric (very sheer).

I realized that there are NO DIRECTIONS for returning. This is definitely not Nordstrom where you get a return label and specific instructions. I've been in contact with their customer service department many times now, and they told me to send photos of all sorts of things. So I did this. Today I received an email stating that they did not receive my photos and to please send it again. This is the third time I've sent photos. This has to be a lie, since I've checked the email address carefully for accuracy, and I never received a "Message Failure" alert.

I am at a loss for what to do at this point. I'm going to keep at them, but does anyone have a suggestion of how to get my money back? PayPal is of no help so far.

I ordered a bridal dress from this site and also another one for my sister.

The wedding dress came with a huge black stain on it and also it had a massive sewing defect on the front of the dress. When I asked to send it back in order to receive a refund, they refused and offered to pay me $10 for a dress that costs $160.

The site's response was an insult to me as a customer, and I implore anyone who wants to order a dress to reconsider this thought.

My sister's dress was ordered by her exact measures that were taken by a sewist (which raised the price of the dress), and it came much bigger than her measurements. In addition, the breast area came five times larger of the intended size, and of course with a defect in the sewing (one piece was sewed on another just in front, and it looked ridiculous). No need to mention the response of the site, which was again preposterous.

In conclusion, I do not recommend you to buy from here unless you love throwing your money to garbage and have a long journey of nerves and stress.

My daughter ordered a bridesmaid dress from TBdress and had it shipped to her sister in California with the intention of seeing it when she visited her from New Zealand. It didn't arrive in time, and when it did, it was the wrong color. We have been trying to return it and get a refund, and they keep fobbing me off first with the offer of a $12 refund and then 40%. Now we are starting all over again with a different customer service (HA) person. I have never had such a bad experience with any other company before.

I ordered a dress. It took over a month to get. It was too small. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. I spent about $170.00. The company offered $20.00 to me to keep the dress. Now they say will refund 45%. This company is a joke. Do not use.

Please don't buy from TBdress; they are scammers. I never received the dresses ordered and now am out of pocket by over £100 when I add my phone call to China enquiring about the dresses. I have called them from London, and they refused to send me the dresses saying that they sent the first lot and I refused to pay the taxes to collect them!

I told them I only received an email to pay for the taxes 12 days after the deadline for attending UPS for collection. They never sent me a text or called me to say there was a problem, and they are still refusing to refund my money.

Buy from AliExpress instead. If there is a problem, you get your money back. I have bought from AliExpress for years with no problem and was only trying out Tbdress for a change.
