I ordered a pair of shoes for my son a month ago. They still have not shown up. When I contacted the company, they told me to give it more time. I don't think I can get a refund and I don't know if I will ever get the shoes. Do NOT order from these people!

Abysmal customer service. Confirmed baptism dress, order number 3107688, was never shipped and when I emailed, they would only refund if I closed the PayPal case, which means I'll have no recourse if they don't refund. I escalated the case with PayPal and filed a BBB complaint. They have over 20 complaints, and I wish I saw that first.

Fortunately I ordered a baptism dress with another company in time. Do not rely on this company for any events important to you!

I ordered a faux leather dress about a month ago. When I called, I got shifted around for someone to tell me the dress is still being made. I think I got scammed. Do not order from this company. Regarding ratings, I would give them zero.

This website is a scam, do not waste your money. The shipping was horrible, and the dresses are poor quality. On the website, it stated that they wanted to send you customer satisfaction guarantee when asking to return the items, which was stated on the website, but they only offered me $20 and would not refund me all cost for four dresses purchased that were poor quality and not as pictured. Do not purchase from this site, it is a scam.

I ordered a dress for $120. It came looking like it was made in someone’s basement. The material felt/looked very cheap. The sizing was off even though I did look at their sizing chart and when I tried to return it, they said they will only give me $40 back, and I have to pay for shipping. I tried to explain that the dress would be used for a wedding (bridesmaid) and that I now would need to buy another dress and they still said $40 is the best they can do.

I just have the wors experience with this company ever, and I will never buy again. I have waited for an order for two months. I ordered a jacket, Large size, and before that asked the staff if sizes run smaller, and they said to check the chart size. And in the end, when I received the jacket, it was looking like a Small size. Terrible experience.

I ordered a men's XL dress overcoat but received a boy's blazer. When I contacted them by email, I was told I would lose the cost of return shipping to China on both the return and refund, or I could reorder and they would deal with it afterward! JOKE!

I am not happy with TBdress service delivery. I ordered an item on 1/9/18. It is now 2/4/18, and I am still waiting for this product to arrive from TBdress. I received a bogus shipment notice informing me that the item left China and was shipped out on 1/31/18 (three weeks after I placed the order). It is 2/4/18, and I am still waiting for the delivery.

I have contacted service@tbdress.com and got no response emails. I called them at +86-29-68532816, and no one answers.

TBdress are rip-offs. They take your money, and you get no item that you paid for. They should be banned from doing business.

If I finally receive this item from TBdress, I will never order another thing from them ever again. I have ordered things from China and other countries before, and it never took this long to get any item that I ordered from them like it has from TBdress.

I purchased a dress from this website, and they gave me a date the dress would be shipped by. I waited for the date and then some after, and the dress STILL wasn’t shipped! I contacted TBdress every day and they would tell me they would be shipping it today, then the next day they told me they would be shipping it today. The process continued for a week and they still never sent it.

I requested to cancel my order, and they tried to tell me they would not give me a full refund because they had to purchase fabric to make the dress and blah, blah, blah. That was unacceptable to me (being that I wasn’t going to get the fabric not dress, AND they should have shipped it on time), so I contacted PayPal and opened up a disputed. Low and behold, regardless of what TBdress was trying to offer me (a partial refund), I received a FULL refund.

So please be sure to go through PayPal because even if TBdress is at fault, they will not offer you a full refund.

I ordered a dress on 2/25/18, with 4-8 day shipping. It is now 3/31/18, and still, no dress has arrived. I have emailed the company over six times and get the same response each time: "your order will ship in 2-5 days." So I tried to get them to respond on Facebook and Messanger and was told to call or do the live chat. When I looked for an 800 number, the only number was a local number out of China, and I'm not calling China and wasting more money. So to the live chat I go.

After four days and nights of trying to get some answers and very rude and disrespectful agents (all four hung up on me serval times each), I finally became such a pain in their you know what, that they finally shipped my dress. The sad and worst part about this whole thing was that the dress was what my newly widowed mother was going to wear to my brother's wedding. This was an event that she was looking forward to and was finally happy about since my step-father's unexpected passing, and this company ruined that for her.

I have contacted my different agencies about this company including the BBB, e-commerce.gov and a few in China as well. I just hope that I can help stop this scam from hurting others like they did my family.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on January 16th for my birthday (February 26th). Nothing. They messed up my birthday. It's now April 6th, and I've only gotten one pair a month ago, and the other one is still stuck in China since January.

They wouldn't answer my emails, and I complained to PayPal, and that's when the idiots tried to offer me $6.00 for the missing shoes that I paid $94.99 for. Haha! Silly PayPal then ruled in favor of the seller and gave them my money even with all the details that I gave them with tracking number and my product still sitting in China. So I had to get my bank involved. That's when PayPal wanted to work things out with me. I was like, naaaah. So what's the use of using PayPal then?
