The dress that I ordered was DEFINITELY not my size, the clothes are not true to size. The quality of the fabric is horrible and NOTHING like what you see in the pictures. After reading all the bad return stories I'm not even going to try. I'm just so thankful that I did not spend much money.

This is a complete and utter SCAM! Do not waste your time or your money with this company.

I ordered several dresses using their sizing chart which was WILDLY inaccurate. Due to that, I ended up having to return everything. What they don't tell you on their site is that you have to ship it all back to China which will cost more than you paid for the actual items and they will NOT refund your shipping. Then after waiting TWO MONTHS you contact them wondering where your refund for the returned items is and they act as if it never arrived DESPITE the fact that you provide them with a USPS tracking number.

They REFUSE to refund your money and because the USPS shows it was delivered the postal service will not pay out the insurance you purchased when initially shipping the items back. It is a HUGE waste of time and money and their customer service is the absolute WORST EVER. Save yourself and shop somewhere else.

This was the most terrible online shopping experience I have even had! I ordered a dress and requested a custom size, but the dress that I have received isn't the right size at all. Also, the quality of the dress is bad and it didn't look the same as in the photo provided. So I decided to return it and get a refund, since I read that the return policy is easy, but I was wrong again. I requested the refund on 12/1/16. Their customer service is not helpful, and I now know that I can return and receive a refund for 40% of the amount I paid for the dress, and I have to pay the shipping fee. I am ok with the shipping fee, because many companies out there do the same thing, which they have marked clearly on their website. What I can't accept is the fact that they said because my dress is custom made, I only get 40% of the original amount I paid as a refund. All I was able to read was that we can return any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items, except for sexy lingerie, swimwear, intimates, jewelry and beauties. It said nothing about the fact that they can't fully refund you for a custom made dress! There's no reason for me to keep a dress that is low quality, not as described, and not the right size. And its not fair for me to pay 60% for this dress because of their mistake. In conclusion, I have to send the dress back and pay 60% of it, but with nothing on hand. How ridiculous.

I have called them internationally several times, but just connected with them once. It's so hard to contact them, and even if you are able to, they just ignore you after your call. To this day, I still can't get their return address, and am not able to get a full refund, and it have taken me so much time. I will not advise any of my friends to order from this company! If I finally get lucky and am able to get a refund, I will keep you updated. Thanks!

I bought stuff two months ago, and have only received part of the items with extremely bad quality. The rest I haven't received. I have negotiated many times to request a money return, and they gave all the excuses to refuse it. Worst experience ever. I will never ever go to the website anymore.

This is a very unprofessional, misleading company. I needed to return 2 of the 3 dresses I purchased, only to find out after many unanswered phone calls (they ARE actually located in China and you have to pay international fees to talk to them), I will be reimbursed only 50% which is not mentioned on their site.

There was no supervisor to talk to and even to get a return address was a very long process. The only dress I kept had a broken zipper that cost me half of the price I paid for the dress, they refused to cover the expense. It took 3 months to have money reimbursed, horrible service, horrible company. Look up Better Business Bureau for their review, many people had the same experience.

Please don't buy from TBdress; they are scammers. I never received the dresses ordered and now am out of pocket by over £100 when I add my phone call to China enquiring about the dresses. I have called them from London, and they refused to send me the dresses saying that they sent the first lot and I refused to pay the taxes to collect them!

I told them I only received an email to pay for the taxes 12 days after the deadline for attending UPS for collection. They never sent me a text or called me to say there was a problem, and they are still refusing to refund my money.

Buy from AliExpress instead. If there is a problem, you get your money back. I have bought from AliExpress for years with no problem and was only trying out Tbdress for a change.

Yes, after a long wait, the sandals have arrived. So I guess it is just a slow process in delivery. So I am very grateful that they finally arrived. Thanks TBdress, but you must pick up on the long delay in waiting for these products.

We bought a dress for my daughter as a bridesmaid dress for her sister's wedding. It took two months to get here. Then, although my daughter is a size 6, we ordered a size 8 to be sure it would fit, but it was still WAY too small. My daughter said it was super uncomfortable even if it had fit.

In order to return, you have to email customer service to get a return address. I have emailed five times so far, and still no address. They told me to get it altered or give the dress as a gift. If they don't have a return policy, they should say there is no return policy.

SCAM. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son a month ago. They still have not shown up. When I contacted the company, they told me to give it more time. I don't think I can get a refund and I don't know if I will ever get the shoes. Do NOT order from these people!

Abysmal customer service. Confirmed baptism dress, order number 3107688, was never shipped and when I emailed, they would only refund if I closed the PayPal case, which means I'll have no recourse if they don't refund. I escalated the case with PayPal and filed a BBB complaint. They have over 20 complaints, and I wish I saw that first.

Fortunately I ordered a baptism dress with another company in time. Do not rely on this company for any events important to you!
