Allergic reaction

By Dru Rinaudo , Arlington, TX

I bought the knee sleeve as a gift for my husband. Became concerned when I opened the package and found a disclaimer stating if the rubber band caused a reaction to stop wearing it. My husband wanted to try it anyway. He wore it for about 8 hours and had to take it off. There was a red ring around his leg exactly where the rubber had touched him. It looked like his skin had been blistered. I just don't understand this company selling a product that they know causes a problem. Would have been better if the disclaimer had been posted before I bought the product as the product is not cheap. Feel like I wasted my time and money.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not impressed

By Connie Walton ,

I think they're cheaply made. The rubber band cuts into legs yet there is little to no compression between the two bands. They do not stay in place and I have experienced no pain relief or decrease in edema. Now I'm feeling a little duped. Lesson learned.

I wouldn't bother. Not worth the money.

By Ely Summers , Nevada

I bought a Tommie Copper knee brace. The bands that hold the brace in place work perfectly. However, the fabric that is supposed to compress my knee is as loose as a flowing skirt. I've tried taking it in a bit yet I'm still not getting the compression I need. Waste of money in my opinion.

Too hard to do business with

By Mary , Cypress, TX

I have ordered several different items from this company. I received a 15% discount code for a future order. I then received a 50% off email which I opened and shopped from, trying to use my code, which did not work. I started a live chat and was immediately given the phone number for ordering. When I talked with whomever, the price for the item was full price, not the 50% off. I explained that I had received an email, etc. and got no response. Told them I would just order from a competitor as they are of no help. Don't waste your time on their website, it's easier to order from competitors!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is absolute nonsense

By Blair , British Columbia, Canada

This product is based off consciousness, like whether you think God exists or not. It's a fight that cannot be won of course due too one thing, the placebo effect. If you think it can cure cancer my friends, I'm sorry to inform you that as a skateboarder of 10 years, this product is just expensive toilet paper.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

STRICT RETURN POLICY

By Maria , NEW JERSEY

You better not try to return an item even 1 day past your big "60 day" return policy day! I ordered hundreds of dollars of merchandise from them and they would not honor a return of unused product. Very disappointing.

Tommie Copper Sucks

By Anthony Silvestro , Hamilton Square, NK

I purchased the largest size knee supports thinking I was doing a good thing. I put them on only to find them rolling down my leg and I was unable to keep them on due to the cutting off if the circulation in legs. Believe me, this is not a product I would recommend.

The return policy

By Ricki Lindsay, Texas, Verified Reviewer

This company has the worst customer service when it comes to returns that I have EVER encountered. I placed a first order using their sizing guidelines and received 15% off. I received the item and it was too big. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size and was told I had to return my item and place another order but I would not get the 15% off because I had already used it originally. Today I received my refund and was still charged for the $4.95 shipping. So I paid a total of $7.27 shipping at my expense for an item I was unable to use that I purchase using their guidelines. I won't know if the product ever works because I don't do business with a company with such poor policies.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It is fake

By Jacqueline Coleman , White Plains, NY

The Tommie Copper Gloves I wear have no magnets inside or out. It's fake in my opinion. Sure they give you back your money. However, it's for fashion only and I still have pain.

My whole order was too small.

By Mary Graves , Medford, OR

I ordered four of the knee sleeves and two elbow sleeves. I think you folks are all wrong about returning merchandise that has been opened. How do we know if it fits without trying it on? Two packs of knee sleeves and an elbow sleeve hasn't been opened. I don't have bugs. I guess I spent all that money for nothing. I'm on a fixed income and I can't afford to just throw money out like that.

Stretched Out - Failed Return

By Donny , New Hampshire

Tommie Copper would not accept a return due to a dispute over a couple of days. No good faith at all at Tommie Copper when it comes to backing product. The product was questionable at best and I think it's in your head due to an infomercial overload. Now I see that with proper exercise and education, my pain went away.
