Not so good

By Jill , Clovis, CA

I got the Tommie Copper knee braces and they always end up rolling down and don't provide much relief. I personally think that they're not worthwhile at all.

Smells bad

By Janet Knight , Long Beach, CA

I bought a pair of compression leggings. They smell like mildew. I washed them, aired them out for days and they still stink. Waste of money. I also bought the elbow sleeves. They actually help my arms.

Tommie Copper, turtle slow shipping, a cheap rip off product.

By John Conners , Louisville, KY

Tommie Copper is a total rip off. First, It will take you forever to get your product as their shipping is as slow as a turtle backing up. It's amazing how slow they are. They use FedEx SmartPost which ships to a FedEX location then transfers it to the USPS. This adds 3 or 4 days to your order. Although Tommie Copper saves money on the shipping.

As far as the actual product, I think it's cheap junk made in far the far east and it's a rip off. It does not do what it claims and they should be charged with false advertising. Don't waste your time or money.

We are very unhappy

By Barb Castle, Williams, MN, Verified Reviewer

I bought the Tommie Copper socks and shorts for my husband because I have heard good things about them. Not only did they not help him but made matters worse. He had back surgery and has pain in his legs, hips, and feet.

I was very disappointed that they didn't help. I bought them in January of this year and was told I can not return them.

Shipping problems.

By Mike Grubb , Las Vegas, NV

I ordered the back brace approximately two months ago and just received the shipment on 4/17/2015. I consider that very poor customer service.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not worth it

By Larry Kennely , Chicago, IL

Unfortunately, Tommie Copper does not live up to its advertisement. It contains poor construction. and not worth the investment in my opinion.

Poor Product

By Stanley Engstrom , Vancouver, WA

I had knee surgery and saw the ad for Tommy Copper and ordered the knee support. The ends of the support sock dug into my skin and left my leg indented, red and sore. The material that went over the knee itself was loose and offered no support what so ever. After wearing it for a week I could no longer stand how bad it hurt at the openings to the support sock. I have to admit though they did take it back with no fuss or speeches.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Tommie Copper

By Susan Moore, Boise, ID, Verified Reviewer

My husband will not go to work without Tommie Copper. He has the knees and tee shirt and swears by them. He doesn't take them off until bed time. They really do work. I'm getting ready to order the shoulder Tommie Copper as well.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This copper is rusted.

By Anton, Ithaca, NY, Verified Reviewer

I have used copper bracelets and rings in the past to treat a number of martial arts related joint pains. These have usually afforded moderate to good relief; not so with Tommie Copper. The amount of copper metal in these poorly constructed paper thin products is negligible. And so is the intended effect. I have no idea if Copper Fit is any better, but it couldn't be worse than the overpriced, easily torn Tommie Copper in my opinion.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Beware of this product!

By Barbara, Martinsburg, WV, Verified Reviewer

After using the Tommie Copper sleeve for two days, I developed a permanent red mark around my thigh. Weeks later, it is still there and doesn't appear to be fading at all. I assume it has something to do with the sticky material they use at the top of the sleeve to make it stay in place. So, unless you want your leg to be permanently disfigured, I would highly recommend staying away from this horrid product.

By the way, I tried to post this exact review directly on the Tommie Copper website. Their moderator rejected it and won't post it. So don't believe the reviews on this company's website. They obviously only allow positive reviews to be posted to their site. So, the ratings that you find there are absolutely false and misleading. I am highly disappointed in not only the product, but how the company operates.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Medical Problems from Tommie Copper are WORSE

By Gerry S , Lake City, MI

As another person stated, if she could give a ZERO, or below for a rating she would, as would I, but we don't have that choice. My reaction is described on the very last portion of these comments on this website, under "Extremely disappointed with the product and reaction from Tom Kallish, owner of Tommie Copper" and "Tommie Copper Allergic Reaction - Follow Up Review" and also the Review Titled "BAD Reactions" which sounds just like my reaction.

Several other people have had the same reaction as I have had with the oozing sores, swollen extremities, itching and INCREASED PAIN. My reaction happened in January 2013 after wearing the clothing in December 2012. I was walking every morning BEFORE I wore the Tommie Copper clothing, but now I can hardly walk around my own home. September 2013, I was diagnosed with Sensory, Axonal Polyneuropathy, Toxic Metabolic Etiology and Peripheral Neuropathy and live in HORRENDOUS PAIN daily. My skin feels like it is wrapped in plastic on my feet and legs and they feel abnormal, like they are not part of my body. When I stand, I have to get my bearings before I can start to walk and people ask what is wrong with me. I tell them a REACTION to Tommie Copper clothing. I NEVER experienced this kind of pain in my legs that is CONSTANT. I can no longer stand for very long lengths of time, cannot walk very far, if I do, I become faint and have to lie down.

I miss my sports activities, miss my family gatherings, MISS my life from the extreme pain in my legs that developed after wearing Tommie Copper clothing. I PRAY every day that this pain in my legs could be transferred to Thomas Kallish. Thomas Kallish professes to be interested in peoples health, but he is NOT, only in his FINANCIAL GAIN. If he was interested in a person's health, he would have paid for me to be treated for the toxic metabolic reaction I had to the elevated levels of copper in my body and the elevated lead from the clothing. Detoxing from Heavy Metals is NOT covered by insurance, but Thomas Kallish refused to pay for the Detoxing from his clothing that destroyed my legs. If anyone would like to see pictures of my reaction to the clothing, they can contact me at: gerry1838@gmail.com
