I have been using Hubble for about a year now and have nothing other than positive things to say about them. The contacts come in on time each month and are top notch time after time. For the price and the ease of use, that makes me happy. It’s one less thing to worry about.

I love Hubble Contacts. I've been using them for over a year now, and it has been a life changer for me. Having previously had to order my through my Optometrist and waiting a month for orders to come in because they didn't have any more in stock, while also having to deal with the overpriced brands, was a nightmare. With Hubble, you are in charge of how often you want to receive your orders and with when you want to place the order. Hubble puts more control in your hands and cuts out the middleman, with cute designed boxes to boot.

I was really worried about trying these contacts because it's been years since I've worn contacts. When I talked to my eye doctor, he said he hadn't heard how good they were, but he said I was the third of his patients to sign up.

Now, when I got the notification that my sample box was delivered, it wasn't. I submitted a complaint to USPS and emailed Hubble customer service. Within 24 hours I had received a response from the Hubble team. They were shipping me a new sample kit and delaying my first paid shipment by two weeks. It was so easy!

As for the actual product, they're pretty great. Not the best, but still pretty awesome. I love being able to throw them away when I'm done with them. They do dry out quicker than I'd like, but that is easily remedied with saline drops. They do sometimes feel heavy on my eyes, but that's because it's literally a piece of "plastic" stuck to my eyeball.

Overall the idea and the brand is awesome. I'll probably end up changing the time between deliveries because on weekends and lazy days I opt for the simpler option of glasses.

Shortly after updating my prescription, I signed up for Hubble on 12/18. A week later I received a "free" box of contacts at a charge of $3. Within a few days, I was having trouble with my new prescription and went back to the eye doctor. He updated my prescription. I asked to return the contacts and was sent a cryptic answer - holidays and work pressure got in the way, and I did nothing else until today. I received a second shipment of Hubble Contacts on 1/8, less than two weeks after my original order.

I called to return both boxes since I can't use this prescription. NO REFUND because I opened the outer shipping box, even though the inner contact boxes are intact. Do not order from Hubble.

It started off great, but then I realized how dry my eyes were. They became uncomfortable almost immediately and every time. They have a tendency to easily flip inside out, making it very hard to see which way is the right way.

Not worth risking my eyes for.

I thought I’d give them a try. I love them, but I got a box for left eye initially because I didn’t know how else to order. However, I now wear mono-vision and only wear the right contact. I emailed them, they got back to me quickly and are going to send me two right eye boxes every other month! Just what I need. I am very pleased. I would not only recommend to a friend, I HAVE!

I'm very upset. I ordered the contacts to try and couldn't see anything out of them. I told them not to send me anymore and to cancel me out, but they charged me for more and stole my new debit card number to get the money. I finally got in touch with them and they said they would cancel it and send me an email to show, but didn't. When the order came in, I wrote "return to sender" on it and sent it back. They have not given me my money back. It's a scam and a ripoff, so NO, I would NOT recommend them!

Hubble was recommended to me by a family member. Hubble Contacts have been great! It’s extremely convenient and hassle-free. The website is easy to navigate - all you need to know is your eye prescription, and you provide your mailing address as well as your billing info. It’s a trusted site, and your contacts are delivered on schedule each month right to your door. You could even go to the website and skip a month of contacts if you need to, and your card will not be charged. Not to mention the first month is free. Definitely worth it!

The contacts are comfortable, and I have had no issues with Hubble whatsoever. I am a happy and a returning customer.

I love that I can change my contacts daily. I’ve always used Acuvue Oasys, and if I accidentally drop one in the toilet or on the ground, I was out of $20. Hubble Contacts are a great product for the price. I love that I can cancel or skip a month at any time. I’d highly recommend you give them a try.

Hubble sent the wrong prescription and refused to accept an email cancellation. As instructed, I put "return to sender" on the boxes to return the incorrect contacts, and when I finally had the 45 minutes to try to hassle with them on the phone, the representative said that if I couldn't prove I sent them, there was no refund as they had no record. Clearly not a ligitimate operation.

I decided to try out Hubble when buying six months worth of contacts became too much at one time. Honestly, I’m absolutely thrilled with the product. Excited to be saving money, have comfortable DAILY lenses, the flexibility to skip a month if I need to, the knowledge that what I’m putting in my eyes is clean and sterile, and be able to have choices.
